Mercure Hotel Nelspruit  

The hotel is very close to a large shopping Mall - making shopping both easy and convenient.

Found people such as cleaning staff and others not knocking before entering the room.

The Location,friendly staff,especially Mr Hlatshwayo,he's proffesional,warmth and humble.Room set up,is welcoming,neat,interior design,simple and beautiful.

It was surprising for me that we cant watch afcon TOURNAMENT,due to lack of channel,i thought it was ignorant,and lack of patriotism to the Continent,by the way its normal in Mpumalanga,i think its being perceived as a black sport,because if there is no supersport 4,it means you dont want to cater for the black market.We had to drive to News Cafe to watch our beautiful game.I Have learned that in future before I a Hotel in Mpumalanga,i must also enquired about channels.Thanks to Mr Hlatshwayo,who handled the matter Professional,he promised to communicate the concern with the Powers be.

Air con was broke and they didn't fix it. Said maintenance had gone home and it was only 6:15.

Convenient stop over on our way to Mozambique. On the n4 and was close to mall with shops and restaurant.

I like the fact that you are at a hotel but also experiencing that home feeling with self-catering facilities. And I must add that the pictures we saw on the internet when we made the booking don't show the real beauty of the place. When we got there, all my wife could say was "Wooow"... It is a really beautiful place. I like the fact that there's a mall right across the street, but not a noisy area, and it is also about 50km from the Kruger National Park's Numbi gate. I will go back there soon.

Nice location,comfort and staff. The rooms are ideal for families and have great facilities

Seems awful to have to write anything about such a nice overall experience but finding recently chewed chewing gum attached to the "surface" of the dining table was not such a good find....please assume this was a once off bad experience as this is definitely worth a try

OK to pass through, but not to stay for long.

Basic rooms, rather old. Breakfast was very expensive, so we ate a very nice breakfast in the mall across the street.

The restaurant has poor service and is priced expensively. I took my meals at the wide selection of restaurants in the adjacent mall

Everytime we go to Mercure Hotel, it feels like home away from home. It's a stress free stay.
