Easy access from airport with reliable shuttle service No facilities to purchase newspapers or any other reading material. Front office staff friendly but do no listen to requests, resulting in delays on check out.

Ecellent localization. Free shutle to airport is very convenient. Staff is very very friendly. Room is very spacious, very confortable. Many eating options in the hotel-cassino complex Doesn't have free Internet in the room.

The fenced up location and the availability of good restaurants provides security and foods. Chargeable internet access makes business stay not memorable. Hotel should provide free service to lure business clientele.

Good, clean, comfortable and up-to-date accommodation Booked the accommodation through Bookings.com but there was an emense delay to get the group sorted into their booked rooms. Stood at the desks for a long time sorting out the accommodation. The problem seemed to be the booked non-smoking preferance. Of which they could not give to the 4 persons in our group.

Breakfast was really nice. Bed was comfortable. Close proximity to airport Long queue for check in/out, not enough staff. Escalator to casino not working. Not enough large lights in room, bathroom very dark. Window blinds not adjustable. Water temp in shower fluctuates. On our first night hot/cold labeled backwards.

My stay was very short but I liked the fact that it was attached to the Emperors Palace and one could easily get to all the restuarants by walking through the hotel and complex. It is in close proximity to or Tambo Int airport which was important on this visit.

proximity to airport 2 adutls and 2 kids of 2 &6 years. got a large room with 2 x single beds and 1 kingsize bed. paid some 1700/night. i shud have taken two rooms at mondior for 750/room. but this was my oversight. rooms at metcourt laurel was large, but lacked life. felt like hostel dormitory. got charged 100/hour for delayed check out for an hour. had cockroachs for company.

A localização é boa mesmo é um hotel cassino meio grande de mais A distância até o centro da cidade ida e volta nos custou mais que a própria diária. Logo vale a pena ficar ali somente para conectar voo.

Mis à part la proximité de l'aéroport et le service de navette , rien ... La liste serait trop longue, mais pour résumer tout est fait dans cet hôtel pour que le client ne reste pas dans sa chambre et s'adonne au casino.

O fato de possuir um cassino no complexo do hotel e estar próximo ao aeroporto. O quarto é grande mas não é aconchegante, o hotel não possui piscina e o serviço é ruim (não tinha nem carregador de malas).

I was there to send off a family member on flight home at adjacent international airport. There are lots of restaurants in the casino area, and the places is clean and safe. Transport to/from airport was every 20 minutes like clockwork. This is not the first time I stayed there for same reason, and might not be the last...
