Messed up my booking on booking . com was embarrsed when my boss arrived. So noisy at night time I couldnt sleep peiple cleaning floors at $h30 in the morning banging the polisher on my door staff talking at the top of there voices Terrible

Staff was friendly and the premises were very clean and quite. The breakfast was excellent

1. The airport shuttle was not operating as per scheduled times displayed in the reception. had to wait for the shuttle for more than 40 minutes yet its supposed to be availabe every 20 minutes. 2. The information in the room stated that if you need toiletries you can request for those. I did that but i never got assistance.I was only told i could not be assisted after calling the hotel reception again after 2 hours of waiting. The reason for failure to assist apparently was because housekeeping staff knocked off at 1700hours. Why say you can assist when you know you cannot do that evrytime a guest request for the assistance. Expectation is that the front desk should be able to assist when housekeeping staff is not avaliable. Most guests check-in after 1700hours anyway!

the rooms are very spacious, modern and neat. the breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I've enjoyed the stay very much

At least there is the Casino and restaurants area.

No wi-fi in the room!! How can this be in the 21st century??? Rooms have no fridge and no decent a/C. For water you have to go to a automatic vending machine. Also ridiculous fancy decoration all over the room, it looks like a disco rather than an airport hotel.

Octavious and his team at the front desk were awesome. Friendly and polite, I got the sense that any request would have been granted. Amos should be a wrestler...he is huge. Well done guys

The room decor is a bit plastic. There were some sharp edges which could cause harm. The bed side table had a glass top which was very close to the mattress and could crack a head open if fooling about. The soap dish also had a mighty sharp metal bit which would slice you open if you fell over. Thanks

asking to change room for big double bed for me, immediately changed, that's cool.

the sound for air con is very loud, specially during the night ... could wake you up!

The wooden floor combined with dry walling allowed for alot of noice disturbance from the room next door (footsteps, voices and other)

Complementary Shuttle from the airport is great. Drivers are ery helpful and friendly. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, rooms decorated modernly and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and restaurant quiet. Would stay again. Good value for money.

Bathroom is very small with a bath/shower and toilet. The basin is separate from the bathroom. Would have liked complementary bottled water in the room after a long journey. The tap water is safe to drink - but I prefer bottled water.

The super service and convenience to conference centre. Spacious comfortable rooms. Breakfast spread.

No bar room service. Room lighting on the dark side.

The place was dead!!! No entertainment at all...bored out of my mind! Q5....definitely NOT on a Monday!

The reception desk staff were unfriendly and not helpful. There was an issue with our room yet nobody apologised or even attempted to calm things down. This was experienced by many of the other guests too. we requested a double room but was given a twin the shower pressure is terrible...drops of water trickled down

Convinient location with a food court in the same complex as the hotel. Excellent free shuttle service from the airport.

was disgusted by the service (rude in short), the room was dirty, our non smoking room was stinking of smoke. A very disappointing hotel. As a South African i am ashamed have it so close to the airport.
