The location is fantastic because it is situated at the International airport so for foreigners it's a bargain!!

Great position near or Tambo Jo'burg airport. Large room with great facilities & comfortable bed. Food court in Emporers Palace has lots of variety and good value for money.

Long queue for check in/out, not enough staff. Escalator to casino not working. Not enough large lights in room, bathroom very dark. Window blinds not adjustable. Water temp in shower fluctuates. On our first night hot/cold labeled backwards.

I was there to send off a family member on flight home at adjacent international airport. There are lots of restaurants in the casino area, and the places is clean and safe. Transport to/from airport was every 20 minutes like clockwork. This is not the first time I stayed there for same reason, and might not be the last...

proximity to airport

2 adutls and 2 kids of 2 &6 years. got a large room with 2 x single beds and 1 kingsize bed. paid some 1700/night. i shud have taken two rooms at mondior for 750/room. but this was my oversight. rooms at metcourt laurel was large, but lacked life. felt like hostel dormitory. got charged 100/hour for delayed check out for an hour. had cockroachs for company.

The staff polite and attempted to meet requests received.

The first room i was allocated was cold and very unappealing, it also did not have internet facilities in it. The room was duly changed needless to say even though the room had an internet hookup it did not work and IT could not help. No room service available is also an issue for late arrivals or business people who wish to stay and work from their rooms.

the style & decor of the room were extremely good.

O melhor é a proximidade como aeroporto e o transporte gratis entre ele o hotel. Mas é um ótimo hotel também, as camas muito confortáveis, o quarto grande. E ele fica em um complexo com mais outros vários hotéis e um cassino e uma praça de alimentação bem grandes. é legal porque você pode aproveitar uma noite que seria apenas para dormir/descansar entre os voos e se divertir ou pelo menos jantar num ambiente diferente e interessante sem ter que se deslocar.

O único probleminha que tivemos foi com a internet, que nós compramos mas nao conseguimos usar no quarto, tivemos de ir para a recepção pra acessar a internet pelo iPad. Quem tiver com computador pode ter mais sorte, pois nos quartos tem cabo para a internet, dai deve funcionar bem.

Prima hotel voor als je op door reis bent. Ligt dichtbij de airport.
