Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Up to two children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
75 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Staff extremely helpful with good house keeping service. very comfy bed. Room 203 (superior) needs good layer of fresh paint and the bathroom mould and insect treatment. Also mini bar has to be defrosted and checked regulary- you are greeted with iceberg and rust rings from cans. It seems that the drinks were there for long, long time. Maybe this is some sort of South African thing but it's very difficult to get stil water in mini bar. |

Good location, nice breakfast bar, friendly staff, overall good value for money, would recommend it. The bar closed too early for City dwellers. 10.30 for last orders is not cosmopolitan. |

I liked the modern decor in the old building with the antique elevator, up to date modcoms, e.g. free internet via Apple computer. I also liked the originality of the themed Airstream trailers-I stayed in John & Yoko and enjoyed reading the books that were there etc. Food in The Cafe is good. A bit noisy in rooms above Daddy Cool.. |

The staff - especially Henry! He was great, always offered good, honest advice! the entire 'trailer park' was hired out for a loud party on one of the nights we stayed, it would have been nice to know about that in advance |

Riktigt serviceminded personal i receptionen, hjälpte till med allt och gav råd. Rummen snyggt designade och ändamålsenliga. Barerna suveränt snyggt designade Frukosten var för dyr för det man fick, restaurangpersonalen var över huvud taget lite strulig, glömde beställningar och missuppfattade. Maten var dock god. |

Wij hadden geboekt voor 2 nachten, maar het hotel dacht maar 1 nacht, waardoor al onze bagage was verwijderd van de kamer, nadat bleek dat wij niet waren uitgecheckt na 1 nacht. Wij waren de hele dag weg en bij terugkeer werkte ons pasje niet meer en wij bovenstaande ontdekten. Wij hebben dezelfde kamer weer gekregen, waardoor aankomende gasten een probleem hadden, doordat het hotel vol zat. |
