The only reason for this hotels 4 star rating is their breakfast and the view.

We booked the executive suite which showed a spa bath. on arrival the suite had no spa bath, and with some heated words we were moved to a honeymoon suite. This didn`t prove great as the room was not entirely ready and clean. there was only 1 glass and cup, meaning that i had to phone for a cup to make morning coffee and i had to have my evening drinks in a glass from the bathroom. Most disgusting was when we pulled back the bed cover in the morning, only to find that the duvet cover had blood on it. Obviously from the previous couple.....disgusting. Only after the Saturday clean, did we receive the welcoming chocolates and find the room as it should have been on arrival. Very disappointed....

I liked the location close to the centre of the town and on the cliff top. The room was spacious and the facilities were good.

2 single beds in room instead of double or queen, my own mistake ( I should have asked and I believe they would probably have assisted me to obtain another room)

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was fantastic. The beds were soooo comfortable. All in all we had a great stay. Thank you.

It was a lovely hotel to stay in and I would definately come back for the friendly and efficient service and welcoming staff.

We really appreciated being upgraded to a seaview room without even asking and our room was gorgeous and the view BEAUTIFUL. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread amazing and food delicious. We enjoyed our massages in a beautiful and tranquil setting very much.

Quality of TV programming not good. Should have full DSTV bouquet Picture on screen also not very good. Staff should replace any used coffee/tea/milk/sugar when they turn down the bed at night. I wanted a quick cup of coffee before bed, but there were no coffee & milk in the room.

Lovely room with views over the sea and extremely comfortable bed The staff were so helpful and kind and everything so very clean. They are going to invest in a better restaurant which will be great for it has super sea views on the second floor.

The pool was too small and the surrounds could not take many beds to relax on and it was really too small an area when there are a lot of guests.

Location was good.

We had the "honeymoon" room. Divorce room more like! Room was devoid of any personal touches! Four poster bed had no hangings or curtains - hardly romantic!, only 2 milk sachets, mini bar empty without even any water (who wants to phone reception for them to fill it up?), no dressing gowns, harsh lighting all around, only one bedside light working.....All in all we've stayed in better B&Bs for a lot less. This hotel is trying to be something it is not!

A bit pitoresque design of the hotel. Purely Pakistani / Indian type of food served in the hotel restaurant.

There is nothing to fault this superior luxury boutique style hotel. Excellent rooms and very well trained excellent staff who put themselves out to arrange dinner at a local restautrant where a vegan coulod have dinner. Very secure car parking and a beautiful front garden with pools.

The room was excellent, large and airy with a good size lounge area. Staff were excellent very pleasant and helpful.

Although the pool area was generally good the sun loungers and cushions were past their best.

Proimity to everything, quiet, clean and Andre was simply terrific

The toasted sandwish and chips were utterly dreadful, as served to us when at the pool We were lead to believe that the room had mountain views - really did not exist (room 406). I specifically booked such a room as we live in ct overlooking the sea every day

The hotel was in a lovely spot right by the sea. The room we had was large, well equipped and clean - great value for money.

We originally had a "heritage suite" room which was a bit old fashioned, dark and gloomy but were moved to a muh nicer room in the main hotel.
