Management and staff could not do any more to ensure your stay was complete! Totally relaxing and with the fire in the bedroom did not even realise the chill outside. Would definately return! Manicure in spa only consisted of Parrafin wax, incomplete! Otherwise good.

we liked the location of the hotel. very clean and staff is friendly. I like the idea of the sign on the door so the cleaners know when they can come in. the bathroom was always cleaned properly. stunning views over the mountains although the rooms are renovated and very romantic they are dark. the main light in the room should be brighter because you can't open the curtains when you need to dress. we staid in a double classic room and privacy is a problem when you need to open curtains to see what you are doing. we also had a few times during breakfast and dinner that the waiters are more busy with cleaning tables than looking at the customers if they need something. on one occasion me and my husband had to wave our arms op in the air to get the attention of the waiter although she was standing right there at the till not far from our table. we staid in room nr 19 please change the soap and shampoo holder in the shower, it is broken and anything you put on falls true. we also found that the hotel need a facelift on the outside.( cracked walls......) it gives a negative first impression.

Room service was quick. The room was double charged, tried to reverse it, and charged again. Service was a bit slow. Rooms are small.
