I appreciate the responsiveness and care of the staff. They did very wel to ameliorate the coldness and improve the power supply. The hotel is located on a hill, making driving up to it a considerable task. The power supply went out from time to time. Also, my room was very cold as the area was very windy. However, the proprietress was quick to respond to my complaint by providing additional heating facility that made my stay quite comfortable.
