The cleanliness of the room every day after i returned from my training schedule

There was a small lady at the reception on the Wednesday 12th/06/2013 morning who was on phone constantly despite me standing there for more than 2 minutes waiting to make an inquiry of my balance that i needed to clear out later in the day. I eventually walked away without talking to her because the phone conversation seemed to take so long. Apart from that, the lady i got at the reception the day that i arrived on 9th June 2103 was excellent and joyful....good for front office..very commendable indeed.

The staff was very friendly,I was assisted in everything I asked for. Excellent value for money.The hotel is clean and the staff efficient. The location is good for shopping etc. I was allowed to check in 6 hours earlier as I arrived early in the morning after a long trip at no extra charge.Thank you !!

I could not use Internet as there were no vouchers available,however there is an Internet cafe close to the hotel.

Staff were helpful, polite and friendly. My room was always clean. I had been assist whenever I needed eg ; finding knifes, fogs, ices... The tenant agreed a check let out of more than 5 hours as my plave was in the evening and I was pregnant, that really marked me and my husband and myself appreciate it and will looking foward to come back and recommend this hotel to people. Finally very good english breakfast different everyday and nice bar with happy hour on Friday. Close to town and in a quiet area

It was fantastic, best value for money. In the city center, close to shopping centers.

When I got there ,I realized that there might have been a problem with my booking but the staff handled it very well and even suggested more better offer.The lift was not working but later fixed.

I came in on Saturday afternoon and opposit my room there a was a dirty plate lying on the floor the whole night and morning it was lying there,that for me did not give me good impression about the cleanness of the hotel--Not hygienic I would say.

The room doesn't have a fridge and when we arrive on Friday they told us that if we didn't do booking online we should be paying r420.00 Per night, because we did do the bookings through booking.com we are suppose to pay r490.00 Per room. So next time I wil just do the bookings through hotel

The trading hours at the bar close early I suggest u make it 24/7 expecialy during this times of the year

Location

The reception staff that helped me was not friendly and not listening to what I was saying. I arrived there and the lady thought I had not paid. I showed her proof of my payment from my cellphone she insisted booking.com did not sent them my full confirmations. I had given her my full details and only to find out that she has my full papers in front of her. Only after my partner showed me that my proof of payment is what the lady has in front of her. After that instead of being apologetic she tells me I told her I booked the same day which I didn't.

Not much, to the extent that I had to move out earlier than I had planned to.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique. They all were very welcoming and helpfull. I was even surprised by the service standard compared to the very affordable price. Very good address I would recommend strongly for having quality for best price.

The proximity of the station makes it a bit strange at night when we walk down the streets heading to the hotel. People was looking at us like lost aliens in the area. Localisation proche de ma gare, un peu "crégnos"

Poor communication with booking dot.com, when arriving I found that the booking was not done with the hotel but it's been confirmed to me by e- mail that the booking is done, likely there was are room available even though it was too small. Again there was lot of noise from our neighbour room which was not appreciated. On the next day when we went town for breakfast there was no enough food left for us wereas the lady in the admin told us that the breakfast time is 10hoo. No manu/information was available in the rooms
