a bit off
Beautiful view of bay and harbour Lots of plants Quiet
Showerhead height in one room was for midgets Showerhead in other room was a bit blocked Soap dishes did not fit in holders and kept falling off
I stayed here 8 years ago so was looking forward to returning. There is a short 10 min walk to the shops and some restaurants however much further to the waterfront. The breakfast was okay.
It hasn't changed at all and is looking a bit tired. The breakfast last time had lovely homemade scones and choice of preserves. This time it was pretty basic. The shower in my room took a while for the hot water to come through! The floor hadn't been cleaned and had to go looking for a cup and saucer and green tea.
Interior and furniture complimentary sherry in the room
The smell of wetness - the room was stuffy
I order a family room and a single room. And I Had stated that we were 3 adult and 2 children, they charged 2 children for R 440 extra. And there is no wifi, Breakfast was bad.
I liked the light, spacious rooms which have amazing views, the breakfast, the comfort, the pool and the super friendly owner!
The entire room was stinking badly including the sheets and pillows. We couldn't sleep the entire night because of the smell
Friendly host, prime location, nice breakfast
not much to complain about
Ken and I loved staying at Mossel Bay B& B. Katelain, the manager, was a huge plus. She was helpful, patient and a delight to chat to The owner was clever, attentive and helful. The pool was clean, warm and wonderful. The breakfast area was on a deck overlooking the ocean and the food was very good.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Difficult Parking Poor accommodation
The house is great, very well located and with a terrific view.
They need to improve their cleaning standards. In our room there was a dirty glass of wine, garbage in the bathroom bin and a used shampoo package... During the night, other guests knocked in our room door as they found a cockroach in their room and couldn't find any staff to help...
hotel owner is very playful and friendly. there you will love.thank you for everything.and you too Peter
Piet ,the owner was simply marvellous. A great character and indeed a very good host. He made our stay quite memorable. The location had stunning views of the bay and the rooms were huge and very comfortable. Food and amenities just perfect.
The fact that we could not spend another night
The owner was very nice and gave us good tips as for what places we should visit.
The room smelled like a basement- humid and no air. The bed was not comfortable and was very short. There was no door for the bathroom, including the toilet! Couldn't wait to leave this place.
