New and well designed

Value for money. Especially as they gave me an upgrade with out my asking. Spacious and well fitted.

It looked pretty

There is not enough sinage to lead to the hotel. There are no facial tissues, shower caps it would be wonderful to have 2ply toilet papers instead of 1ply. The water is a problem. I found it frustrating to take a simple bath after my long drive because it took me an hour to fill the bath. This also happened in the morning. Not enough TV Channels to view One can literally hear neighbours talking.

Is so professional,quiet,smart and beatiful geographical location and frendly staff.but apeal for receipition staff try to get a smart uniform fo them,something reflective to your hotel.otherwise is a wonderful place I dont mind coming back.God bles your hotel

Good value, staff was accommodating and tried to be helpful at all times. The facilities were excellent, very comfortble, clean and very pleasurable

The location & views were good.

There was little choice of food for Dinner, and the cooked breakfast was left on the side and was not heated, so was cold.

The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The Chef prepared a delicious dinner for me to enjoy in my room as I had work to do. The room was spacious, comfortable and with lovely finishes. I had a great nights sleep! The rate was very reasonable. I have posted a link to the hotel on my blog because I enjoyed my stay so much.

I just think that the plumbing in the bathroom may need some attention. The toilet did not flush well, the basin didnt appear to have hot water and the tap in the shower is not well positioned as it is impossible not to knock it while showering and then the water goes down to a trickle.These are minor things when compared to the excellent service and lovely room but may be of use to know.

Calm and serene, the place is best for people stressed from their daily routine and need relaxation. The rooms are very spacious and and air conditioned since the tempatures sore. Within town so connected well to most of the eating outlets.

You may want to take the phone number of the jotel handy as the city may come across little confusing so it would be good to reach hotel reception and check on route. You No room service so need to have meals at restaurants only. should buffer in time if you have your meals in hotel, it takes 45 min to an hour to get your meal ordered.

The room and bathroom are well appointed and fairly luxurious, despite my having only a 'standard' room. The hotel is also located in a very quiet area which is very nice after a hard day's business concentration. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The hotel is not disbled friendly; it is located on a steep slope and the location of the carports, rooms and dining room require long walks up and down steep hills. I am partially disabled and battled with these walks; anyone in a wheelchair would definitely not have made it. The huge, widescreen lcd tv is too big for the room and the decoder feeding it was not properly adjusted to display the best picture on it; everything was distorted sideways due to the wide screen. Only Mnet, sabc 1,2,3 and Supersport 3 & 4 were available. Not being a soccer fan, I missed Supersport 1 & 2, especially with the ipl cricket currently on. The hotel gave adequate directions to find it but those directions are only from the n4. I went to various places around town and had I not had a Garmin in my vehicle, I would have had difficulty finding the hotel, especially after dark.
