Score from 24 reviews Very good
What to start with...the staff r super nice and helpful, place is ideal, 10 mins away from Phabeni gate, easy access to Graskop scenic areas and God's window. The hotel organizes the game drives with very professional providers. Excellent restaurant (Pioneer's place) inside the same compound, 2 gas stations just across the road, 5 mins away from a shopping center. Clean sheets, twice change of towels paper per day. Very nice porch areas and u park in front of the room. Very safe and comfortable. Breakfast basic but delicious.
The furniture looks a bit old and toilet seats has some parts chipping. They r all functioning, but some renovations will definitely help. Electricity outages happened for 2 hrs during noon with 42 Celsius weather...not a good experience. No nets on windows which allows insects in especially during hot times of the day. Beware of road works on the way to Hazyview.
Few channels on TV
Staff and friendliness hotels satellite restaurants
Room and bathroom tired and dated no mosquito screens
We spent a few days at the hotel in 2013 with my 83 year old mother, who was made to feel very special by all the staff. We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at the hotel again, and to my great surprise the staff all remembered us, and asked after my mom and why she was not with us. I will definitely be back!
Friendliness of staff Bed was comfortable Food was very nice Hotel is nice and clean
Close proximity to the Kruger Park.
Improve the fa ciliates the hotel grounds need some attention
The staff, what an excellent interaction and comfort.
The suite shower are leaking and not having fridge in the rooms
Location, spacious garden suite, nice garden and good restaurants
nothing, all was well
Breakfast that was arranged and to have the breakfast on the road into the Kruger park with sunrise and a steaming cup of coffee. Priceless.
No hot water No teaspoons for tea and coffee 2 pin hairdryer but no 2 pin electrical connection Kingklip meal poor Air conditioner would not get hot TV channels inadequate
The room was perfect and up to standard.
The front gate was not up to standard and road inside the hotel needs paving.
1. Free internet only in the lobby area. 2. Catering closed earlier than programmed "as it was quiet". 3. Despite Kruger Park Gates opening at 0600hrs, Breakfast service only starts from 0700hrs. Ridiculous, as you only stay here realistically if visiting Kruger Park.
The room did not smell very nice, there was no internet in the room, the water pressure was so bad, there was no bin in the bathroom, the AC was not working, the door of the bathroom did not close.... not a very good value for money. And walls are very thin, our next door neighbor partied until 3am....
DSTV CHANNELS INADEQUATE NEED THE SPORT CHANNELS AND CHANNEL 144
It was a awesome stay! Will go back and Willem was so helpful was so pleased with our stay there one of our best stays ever! A great thank you to all......
Location was close to the town and close to KNP and sightseeing places.
Rooms were very old and dreary looking. In need of an upgrade.
I am a very frequent traveller on business and leisure, however hotel Numbi is an Absolute rip off for the price been charged, we stayed and payed a premium for the garden suite, false advertising in the internet as the pictures presented on the web is no way near what we saw and experienced, the general cleaniness of the rooms was of a poor std. And the size of the rooms for The price we paid was shocking. The bathroom was bigger than the bedroom, some advise travellers, this hotel is a rip off
Accommodation and location.
Location and Breakfast was good.
The rooms contains Termites all over Wardrobe,Carpet and ceiling. There we no staff to do enquiry or room service call number. We have to walk all the way to reception. There was no King/Queen size bed available in family room. Instead 2 smaller size beds are aligned together with gap in between.
NEAR NASIONAL PARK
