The staff were exceptionally friendly. Rooms very clean. An overall relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast very good.

The location The room was dirty and very noisy. The staff was rude and impolite. Breakfast was also very cheap. Worst night ever in a guest house, don't go there, prefer paying $30 more and select a valuable hotel.

Im Zentrum von Stellenbosch gelegen, alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage in sicherem Wohngebiet. Pool vor dem Bungalow musste mit Cottage und Zimmern im Haupthaus geteilt werden, was zu Lärm führt. Esstisch zu klein für 4 Personen. Zeitweilig unprofessionelle Hotelführung (Vertretung am Wochenende beim Check-in).

Wir haben in dem "Cottage" gewohnt, direkt davor der Pool. Wir verbrachten hier die letzten 4 Tage eines längeren Südafrika-Aufenthalts und wollten einfach nur "down-coolen" . Überaus freundlicher Service !

Quartier tranquil mais proche du centre ville (restaurants, shops) Mobilier très vieux, tapis sales, salle de bains basic sans aucun équipement. Chambres situées près de la cuisine, donc très bruyant dès 7 h du matin. Petit déjeuner pauvre. Pas de Wifi. Prix payé le 26.1.12 : R 850, le 30.1.13: R 1140, soit une augmentation de 35 % pour nous retrouver dans une chambre offrant moins de confort. Cet établissement ressemble plus à un 2* qu'à un 4*. Séjour le plus décevant en 12 ans de voyage en ZA

Ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangst en keurig schonen kamers en stijlvol ingericht. Ontbijt ontbrak aan niets en aparte snufjes aan ontbijt.

Royaal huis, dat was boven verwachting. Locatie uitstekend, op loopafstand van het centrum van Stellenbosch. Inrichting zeer matig, beetje smoezelig. Keukenkastjes waren ronduit vies. Badkamer niet fris. Badkamer matige inrichting, wel prima douche.

Friendly staff, perfect location in town - walking distance to everything - and we got excellent advice on which wine farms to visit. The rooms are not very sound-proof, so you hear most things going on in the house. Also, no door to the en suite bathroom.
