Huge room with a great view. Food in the morning was excellent.

Cleaning of the pool while we could have been using it.

The view from our suite was amazing. Room was a good size. Managers very friendly and helpful.

Room was however blandly furnished. Towels old and poor quality, not 5 star Pillows very hard. Breakfast service very slow.

on arrival we were made toasted sandwiches and coffee for which we were not charged. Complimentary drinks and cake were also available in the lounge.

The breakfasts , which were the only meal served were extremely boring. Not much of a choice on the menu. For a 5 star establishment I was expecting much, much more

It was wonderful and we will be back!

Right on the cliff looking into the open sea, for whale watching, although I was not fortunate to sight one. The immediate access to the footpath along the cliff was a real treat. The two rooms suite was large and family oriented. Wilmarie who was manning the reception desk on our arrival deserves a mention. She was friendly, smiling, very helpful to all our request, a real professional.

Awesome location / view, direct access to cliff path, walking distance from restaurants and activities, very friendly and helpful owner, big comfortable room with very nice bathroom, delicious breakfast.

Ocean Eleven was a wonderful place to stay while in Hermanus! Its location on the cliff path allowed us to enjoy the spectacular vistas as well as walk into town - just an easy 15 minutes stroll away. We stayed in the apartment which was an excellent option for my husband and I and our two 20+ year-old children. The exceptionally large common area allowed us to relax as a family without having to sit on someone's bed. It also allowed someone to stay up later without disturbing the other one. The bedrooms were large and very clean and comfortable. The ability to park our rental car inside the guesthouse gate relieved any concern about the security of the vehicle which was great. Having breakfast in the bright, sunny room was a delight in addition to being delicious. While the pool area looked lovely, we were there in winter and it was a bit to chilly to take advantage of the facility.

There is an alarm system that alerts staff and guests if someone or something should come over the wall facing the cliff path. While this is a wonderful security feature, no one told us about it, and my husband set it off the first evening by just walking out to the wall to look at the ocean. It would be nice if someone would have alerted us to its location when we checked in.

The views over Walker Bay from balcony or bed were stunning and the night sky very clear ... a full moon reflected in the water ... stunning! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Generously proportioned rooms.

Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Grand confort dans une structure à taille humaine. Site exceptionnel pour observer les baleines. À condition d'y aller à la bonne saison!

Goed Ruim appartement

De prijs staat in geen verhouding tot wat geboden wordt. Het is netjes maar voor €340 (r4000) per nacht in het laagseizoen in een klein kustplaatsje verwacht ik 5sterren kwaliteit ....

Lage

Frühstücksbüffet schlecht, nie 5-Sternniveau. Bad max. 3 Stern und muss dringend renoviert werden. Ganzes Guesthaus entspricht nicht mehr den Angaben. Preis zu hoch.

Super nettes Personal, tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Tolles Frühstück mit sehr viel frischem Obst.

Gute Lage, komforttable Zimmer, ruhig

Que en los apartamentos que son muy grandes no pudimos quedarnos 5 personas, viajaba con mi esposo y mis tres hijas y tuvimos que reservar el apartamento más otra habitación, lo cual es ridículo pues en el apartamento caben tranquilamente de 6 personas

Die Lage direkt am cliffpath mit direktem Zugang ist toll. Wir hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer im ersten Stock mit Blick auf die Bucht von Hermanus und konnten von dort aus die Wale sehen. Es gibt ein Früstücksbuffet mit kalten speisen. Die warmen Speisen z.B. Eier und Speck werden auf Bestellung zubereitet.

Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände wie z.B. Die Holzliegen am Pool gehören dringend renoviert oder ausgetauscht.

wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht von Hermanus - haben von hier aus die Wale gesehen (Anfang November) - Klippenwanderweg direkt vor der Terrasse - wenige Gehminuten ins Zentraum von Hermanus - sehr freundliche, angenehme Athomsphäre - B&B der Luxusklasse -

Top-Lage. Vom Balkon der Ocean-Views-Zimmer sieht man direkt auf die schöne Bucht und sieht (während der Saison) auch die Wale! Sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings etwas teuer (man findet in Südafrika gleichwertige Unterkünfte zu einem günstigeren Preis). Frühstück war absolut topp! Ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Hermanus. Dort ist das Restaurant Lemon Butta zu empfehlen.

Wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Cliffpath von Hermanus. Hilfsbereite, nette Mitarbeiter an der Réception.

Preis-Leistung stimmt - im Vergleich mit anderen Guesthäusern in SA - nicht ganz.

On avons beaucoup aimé la superbe vue sur la mer avec les baleines depuis notre lit ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner était copieux. La chambre est grande et lumineuse.
