Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged ZAR 395.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Location to Camps Bay was good. The hotel was very peaceful with great views of the ocean and the 12 apostles. The staff were always friendly and ready to give advice. |

Very friendly personnel. Excellent breakfast. Nice swimming pool and view. The bedroom is disappointing given the high rates. Furniture is rather basic and bathroom was very small. You pay the location at Camps Bay with the view. |

Good location No reception cover between 7pm and 7am. Breakfast things put away at 9am on first morning when breakfast is on from 8am until 10am. Lots of stairs and unlocking of doors to get to room. Have to go through dining room to get to some rooms. |

Very comfortable rooms,excellent breakfast and very pleasant and helpful staff. All we needed for a short stay in the area. Having to change rooms for a 2 night stay was a nuisance,due to booking.com's system and apparent lack of communication with the hotel. However we did choose to accept the situation as we were close to departure and didn't want to start the booking process again elsewhere. Lots of locking and unlocking of doors for the further flung rooms was a nuisance when you had things to carry. |

Smily & friendly staff. Great breakfast, fab views & nice big pool. Secure grounds with electric gate w/ night security was a benefit as I was travelling solo. A lovely stay and a short walk to gorgeous beaches of Camps Bay |

Lovely well tended tropical gardens and excellent views of ocean and mountains. Friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. First rate service. Lovely small pool and very comfortable loungers. Excellent. There was only one small restaurant close to the hotel, meaning that getting lunch and dinner required a taxi or hire car. |

Ocean View House is gelegen op één van de mooiste plekken in Camps Bay, het uitzicht is werkelijk fantastisch. Het personeel is uiterst behulpzaam bij het verstrekken van (toeristen)informatie en geeft goede aanbevelingen wat betreft restaurants en activiteiten. De kamers zijn luxe en verzorgd, kortom wat je verwacht van een 4 sterren accomodatie. Dat de accomodatie niet direct aan het strand ligt, hebben wij niet als nadeel ondervonden. Wij bevelen Ocean View House zeker aan! |

Luxueus aandoend kleinschalig hotel (14 kamers) in Bakoven Bay (rotskust). Prachtige lokatie, tussen de (woeste) Atlantische oceaan en de Tafelberg en omgeven door een zeer fraaie tuin. Ruime en comfortabele kamers met oceaanzicht. Een zeer verzorgd en gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam management en personeel. Zandstrand, winkels, restaurants e.d. in Camps Bay (15 minuten lopen), daardoor rust rond het hotel. Vlakbij het hotel is een bushalte. Het hotel heeft drie lagen en daardoor (binnen en buiten) trappen en trappetjes. Dat kan voor sommige gasten wat lastig zijn. Maar verder absoluut een aanrader. |

Da vista e do calor que fazia debaixodo Hedredon de penas! O Hotel não deve funcionar apenas em altura de verão, que deve ser excelente, no nosso caso em que o frequentamos no frio foi bastante desagradável! Desde a falta de aquecimento, à falta de água quente, e falhas eléctricas! A este nível, e uma vez que a temperatura era de Inverno foi um desastre! Boas condições e uma grande vista mas para temperaturas acima dos 20 graus! (Estivemos com 8 e 10 graus). Quarto sem televisão também é inadmissivel! |
