The shower did not drain very well.
The King room was great and the large balcony overlooking the village was fantastic. Breakfast was also very good.
Sitting on balcony watching world go by was great. Being above restaurant in centre of Wilderness gave us access to great choise of food, walks & beeches. Breakfasts were great. Could have been noisy but all quite by 10.30pm so no problems - we'd definately stay here again.
the day I arrived to check in .. it was long flight from Egypt ,, I didn't know where to go as every one was busy serving food at pomodoro the Italian restaurant .. the man who did the check in was very arrogant un polite he just said give me ur credit card ,, and after I checked in I came down to eat so was the same man again .. really if he is the owner then I wont return again to this place .. its a pity a beautiful place like this run by a man like him
the place was amazing . the rooms very nice ,, the location was great ..
The good attitude and the willing to help you.
Average accommodation in Wilderness, no breakfast included, free wi-fi, clean but not very comfortable.
Waiting for breakfast. Lights not working.
Most central location in Wilderness. Magda's assistance to improve breakfast experience.
A little noisy outside thru a night but not a critical with a baby.
All accomodation with Italian restaurant in ground floor is very pleasant, personal as well. Nice beach, close to the hotel about 5 min.Near supermarket is fine. Parking included in site.
The breakfast is served in the Pomodoro Restaurant below the Lodge and is quite basic.
The room was really well set out with a nice touch in decoration. Very close to all the amenities of Wilderness.
The cot bed was a little uncomfortable
The staff are warm and welcoming. You felt like you were in a much bigger establishment but still secluded. Comfy clean and great restaurant downstairs
We were really pleasantly surprised with our entire stay. Given the fantastic pricing we would recommend this lodge any day!!!
the location is within easy walking to many restaurants.
Good location, close to bars & restaurants. Has it's own restaurant. Spacious room.
Very central location - within walking distance of all shops and restaurants. Size of room and covered balcony. Tastefully decorated.
Breakfast included not enough (for a complete breakfast it is necessary to pay)
Kindliness, pleasantness of staff. Good furnishings of rooms.Good restaurant. Excellent coffee expresso.
Central location, near to shops, restaurants and the beach. Friendly staff.
Check in was a bit frosty as we had to interrupt the restaurant staff below due to the owner of the lodge been away for the weekend. You also have your breakfast in the restaurant below and the service was terrible. We were asked by a waiter if we were been attended to and we said no, nothing happened and then another waiter asked the same and we again said no. This happened FOUR times before we actually got served and when we did eventually get our order to someone it took 30 minutes for any food to arrive.
The guest lodge is right in the centre of Wilderness village so you can stroll to a restaurant or shop very easily which was the reason we booked it as it was just a stopover to break a long journey and close to 'The Girls' restaurant, which is must do reservation if you stay in Wilderness.
