Free tea, coffee, internet, wifi, they can arrange great tours to Kruger and other destinations. A great place to stay.
Quite far away from Nelspruit bus station
That they took a one night booking at the time of Innibos.
The place show as 4 star rating but I would not give it any stars. It is very disjointed rooms added on everywhere. From a security safety point of view the bathroom runs from the Kitchen. Rooms very small had to put suitcase in the kitchen. You have to pay for your room key and aircon you do get it back just found it silly.
Very nice design of the rooms. Whole place looks very cozy and cool.
Very difficult to find. Room smelled as if it hadn't been used and aired for a long time - that's how our summer house smells when we haven't been there much.
Service from Hapiness and Daystaff.
Rooms of apartment was not separated by wall but only by a built-in cupboard - leads to lack of privacy. Lighting not sharp enough in rooms.
plenty of travel-interest from owners
a bit thin walls
The surrounding make you feel like you are somewhere remote. The staff was always friendly.
Noisy neighbours; whole place cramped with guest - couldn't even watch TV
Nice accommodation. Very helpful staff. They also organised a excellent Kruger Park tour.
Nothing to complain about.
We had booked a double room, we were "upgraded" to the relevant catering house, which had air con but no double bed, so they pushed two single beds together, which was very uncomfortable. Their unwillingness to accommodate us when we complained and asked if we could find a double mattress somewhere was disappointing
Internet connection, reasonable drinks costs, friendly owner. Arranged a day in Kruger at short notice.
A bit off the beaten track if you aren't driving.
A friendly place with nice atmosphere, the owner (who somewhat strangely lives in the middle of the hostel with her kids) was very helpful. Beds, bathrooms and kitchen all very ok.
The dorm is packed with beds - it was half empty but I wouldn't want to imagine it fully booked. A dog keeps running in and lying on the beds whenever you leave the door open.
My account was charged in full on day of reservation so Interest was added to my Bank Bill.
Very nice homemade food and very nice personal
I arrived with a friend on Saturday evening. We had booked a double room with a shared bathroom, but because the lodge was not fully booked, our room was upgraded to an en-suite. Something we both enjoyed.Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
We almost got lost. We drove into Impala street and drove past house number 11 and imagined 12 would be close by. Turns out 12 was nowhere near 11 and thank heavens we decided to drive further down the street and saw a sign leading to the house. More signage needed for directions. There was no remote for the aircon in the room as well.
Reasonably priced in a good location and good proximity to Kruger Park
Hot tub was out of use in winter? Surely thats when people are more likely to use it! Wifi was pretty slow and you had to be pretty much on top of it to get the signal
Felt like home from home - friendly, pleasant & peaceful location. Owner very helpful and hospitable.
No complaints whatsoever
The place is interesting and our cabin was clean and comfortable. There is some secure off-street parking and the grounds are very attractive.
It's a long way from main streets so without a car you will not find food or transport. The grounds, while attractive, are maybe not suited for older people, people with very young children or a lot of luggage.
