The whole house is very modern and well equipped. We had the lower apartment, which is quiet with the windows closed and there is great ac if needed. Although there are only garden views, it is bright and cheerful with large rooms. Kitchen has everything needed including huge fridge, washers dryer etc. The German owners are on hand to help and advise but do not crowd your privacy. The excellent daily maid service is so discrete that we never met. The delightful (and contrary to other reports, very clean) pool is shared with the other apartment but rarely used by them as they have to walk down into "our area" . The pool is surrounded by a fine hard wood deck and a small garden. Garden furniture is high quality and is put in and out by the gardener. Location is fine for reaching the City and the beaches although you need a car to go anywhere.

The house is on a very busy main road and there is constant traffic noise in the garden and, sadly, fumes from the low quality diesel. This spoils an otherwise lovely pool area although you soon ignore the noise. It also disappears once behind the high quality double glazing inside so sleep is very peaceful. Getting in and out of the garage can be daunting if the traffic is dense. Fine for us but you need confidence. The pool is not private, as implied, but shared with the upper apartment only - the owner has his own. There was no dvd player (trivial for most) so we we bought one! Only the upper apartment has wonderful views and less problem with traffic noise.The website pictures included views from the owners penthouse apartment .

The Apartment was fantastic and the views were out of this world. Arndt and Constanze were wonderful hosts and you can really see their love for the apartments and really wanted to make sure we had a great time. The location is amazing and so central to everything. Its located on a busy road but well worth staying there.

Brilliant location and simply the best view in town. Private jacuzzi on the balcony, attention to detail and design = simply amazing! Very welcoming hosts. Can't think of a better place to stay in Cape Town!

great value for money. the location was great also, in between the centre of town and camps bay where the beach and bar/resturants are.

129 on Kloof Nek is stylish and classy whilst still managing to feel homely. The owners were extremely helpful and offered great advice about what to see and do in Cape Town especially helping us to make the most out of our short stay(3 nights) The security of off road parking was also great having hired a car.

Perfectly nestled on the slopes of table mountain. Very clean and the people are friendly and helped with all requests, rooms were cleaned every day. All appliances needed to cook and clean were present, this is almost never the case. Would recommend it to anyone. Should be perfect during Decembers as well! We stayed in the ground floor apartment, will upgrade to the top floor next time the views are unbelievable!

The drive way can be dangerous as it sits on a curve, just be careful when coming and going.

A first-rate experience, all the way. The owners, Constanze & Arndt, have created a spectacular home in a spectacular setting, wedged between the icons of Cape Town, Table Mountain and Lion's Head -- with glorious views of both. Walk out the door to catch the Table Mountain Cableway or hike up Lion's Head (ideally by moonlight). All the modern conveniences and luxury appointments in a spacious, elegant layout. Convenient to downtown; the v&a Waterfront; the coastal beach communites and the amenities and restaurants in the Gardens, Bo Kaap & Waterkant districts. You will probably want a car if you stay here, though buses do run on Kloof Nek Road. The owners are also extremely knowledgeable about travel throughout Africa. Highly recommended!

Be advised: you must be quite able-bodied to stay at 129 Kloof Nek. The house is built on a steep hillside, so both apartments are accessible by (many) stairs only. And the approach by car is nothing short of harrowing: Kloof Nek is a busy, speedy, winding road, with very little margin for error as you drive in or out. A good test of your mettle at the wheel! Worth the effort, though, if you are not physcially challenged in any way.

The welcoming was warm and very friendly! Amazing location and beautiful accommodation. Apartment met every need and so much more. Will defnitely be staying there again when we visit Cape Town again.

Hospitality was great. Very accommodating. Very cosy, clean and tidy place When i am in cape town, this is the only place that i would stay in. Constanze keep up the good work.

The apartment was amazing, spacious and luxuriously furnished. The location on Kloof Nek road is perfect - halfway between the city / Waterfront and the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton. We stayed in the Garden apartment next to the pool which was great, there is no view from there but the owner showed us around the other apartments which have amazing views of Table Mountain. As it was low season the special discount price offered was also incredible value for money.

Apartamenty na Kloof Nek Rd w Kapsztadzie to niesamowite miejsce, które bardzo trudno znaleźć idąc ulicą. Jednak po wkroczeniu na teren posesji wszystko się zmienia - wchodzimy do zupełnie innego świata, bardzo luksusowego, oferującego najwyższy poziom komfortu I swobody. Goście mają do dyspozycji apartament o powierzchni ok. 120 m kw., W którym znajdują się dwie sypialnie, obie z osobnymi łazienkami, salon, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia I pomieszczenie gospodarcze; przed wejściem do apartamentu znajduje się basen wraz z leżakami, a za rogiem budynku rozciąga się wspaniały widok na Górę Stołową. Wszystko urządzone jest bardzo gustownie, a poszczególne elementy wystroju znakomicie do siebie pasują. Luksus czuć dosłownie na każdym kroku. Właściciele są niezwykle przyjaźnie nastawieni do gości I bardzo chętni do pomocy. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce jako idealne ustronie w tym jakże ciekawym I intrygującym mieście jakim jest Kapsztad.

Odległość do plaż I miasta - na piechotę daleko, trzeba podjechać samochodem (komunikacja miejska w Kapsztadzie praktycznie nie istnieje).

Die Unterkunft war Super, die deutschsprechenden Vermieter sehr nett.

テーブルマウンテンの麓のケーブルカー駅に近く、ロケーションは最高。部屋も広々として快適。調理器具及び- 用具、洗良い濯機、乾燥機が完備で便利。

テレビのチャンネルのうち４つがドイツ語だった。ぜひSABC、e-TV、ムービーマジックを入れた方が良い。
