We were impressed with the service. I asked for a last minute hair appointment and they were able to make accommodations. Also, we asked for a late checkout and they were very nice about helping us with that.

We are gourmet's and travel the world for food and unique experiences . We found both and will come back for more . In earlier days you would find us at the Bay or Table View. Still have to try Ellerman's House . Nothing really , everything that can be controlled is great . Some BEE decisions perhaps not so good , but can't beat politics .

Konum çok iyi. Bir çok restoran, bar ve AVM çok yakın. Tesis fevkalade iyi. Odalar mükemmel. Bahçe ve havuz güzel. Kahvaltı ve restoranları çok iyi. Personel eğitimli ve iyi. Concierge mükemmel.

localização e conforto a não disponibilidade do Spa em atender por conta de a agenda já estar cheia para massagens. Agenda preenchida não necessariamente por hóspedes, mas pela clientes de fora. hóspedes deveriam ter prioridade!

The rooms on the island are fantastic, extremely friendly staff, very quiet and zen atmosphere, superb pool area, nice restaurants especially Nobu, a top 5-star hotel! Nothing (but the hotel is expensive)

Pool area. Quality of rooms and all services other than conciege and catering staff. Breakfasts not as good as other luxury or some cheaper hotels in Cape Town like the Vineyard Hotel and certain of the catering staff and some of the conciege staff inadequately trained.

The key highligh of this hotel are the staff..They are SUPER friendly and very helpful ...the concierge were knowlgeble and went of their way to help. The room is spacious and the terrace is amazing. The hotel is quite near to the Waterfront shopping mall with a nice size heated pool. There is a public beach near by but I didn't check it out.
