Large family room, pick up from airport went smoothly. Everything fine to handle family of 4 for one night. Breakfast didn't get going until 7am, a minor gripe..

Staff was over the top helpful. Very close and easy access to JNB. Safe. Includes hot breakfast. Free wifi in rooms. Will stay again. Only down side is it was pretty chilly in our room in July.

This was one of the worst hotels I stayed in. We had a cold water bath the first night. The staff said that the hotel experienced power failure when all the geysers were on at the same time and that we had to bear with them. A very cold stay, never again. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone else.

Staff and reception attention...excellent, friendly and professional. I felt cared for. Good housekeeping, attention to detail. Value for money. Was nervous at need to get out of the car to ring the reception bell at the boundary entrance gate. Person hanging around in the dark to the left of your gate. I chose to phone in rather, reception noticed my car and open the gate. Thank you

The rooms are VERY sparsely furnished. The bathrooms are too small and the facilities in the bathroom of very poor and cheap quality. Everything in the room was cheap.

Trevlig personal. De hjälpte till med det man behövde. Rena och STORA rum. Fanns egentligen bara ett bekymmer, det var svinkallt på rummen och fanns ingen tillgång till uppvärming på något sätt. Det var till att sova med kläderna på (slutet av juli).
