Free Shettle to waterfront , amazing driver Memani. Helpful staff at the reception and at the roof bar . Great View from the roof bar, nice cocktail.
Very happy about the hotel location, that enabled us to visit nearly all tourists attractions /museums by walking from hotel.Nice and friendly staff.
The facilities and rooms were superb.
The service received on check in after I confirmed that I was traveling and would check in late my booking was cancelled without attempting to contact me prior. They did manage to get me a room in the end which was suitable
Very friendly and always willing to help staff, quality of main room, free internet.
Poor quality of response to meal on first night, breakfast food often cool and bacon swimming in fat.
The staff, Especially the Bell boy.
Having been attracted to the hotel because of its roof top terace, I was extremely disappointed to find that on two evenings out of the three of my stay, I could not use it as it was hired out for private functions!
1. Location: Very close to a few bus stops and Civic Station from where all the buses go. Walking distance of many tourist attractions. 2. Room: big, very clean and very light with a big window and a quite air conditioner (but we couldn't adjust its settings). 3. View: a nice view of the city and Table Mountain. 4. Huge bed: There were two single beds when we arrived but it was changed to a large double bed a few minutes after we told stuff to do so. 5. Breakfast: We ate it once but it was very tasty. Many options to chose.
1. Noise: Our room was on the 10th floor, right underneath a rooftop bar. We could hear everything: loud music late in the evenings, moving chairs and tables early in the mornings when stuff was preparing the bar/restaurant. 2. Stuff: We planned to rent a car for one day so we wanted to reserve a parking place. We tried to do it while checking in but we were told that it wasn't necessary. We didn't really belive it so we tried to reserve it once again one day before we had the car. We were told the same. When we came back from a day trip and wanted to park the car we were told that we should've made the reservation and there wasn't a free spot for our car. 3. In-room dinner: One evening, tired after the whole day of sightseeing, we decided to order dinner. They didn't have five or more things from their menu. Our meal arrived cold and it didn't taste good at all!
Excellent staff Nice room
Free one way transfer to V&A waterfront is quite convenient.
The staff were friendly and accommodating.. The room was neat and clean..
Cost R7k for 3 nights, each night was a different price depending on room availability, ranging from R3.5k to R1.2k..? Parking was extra, no meals included, and if you sit outside for breakfast you'll have a great view of a parking lot which stinks of urine...
The sheets of my bed where dirty the room service is not great had the waiter return to my room twice as she forgot a few things.
The location was excellent. They were very helpful. we like the courtesy driver, able to take us to waterfront and cruise ship.
I like the design. The building on entering reception is very stylish and very clean with friendly staff. The rooms may not be spacious but the style and comfort make up for that. Privacy and security is immediately obvious when using the lifts and parking. I adore the excellent set up on 11th floor. Too classy. The bar, pool and diner with an open view overlooking most surrounding skyscrapers including Table Mountain side is the perfect setup.
The price could probably be less for the rooms provided. Lack of space in rooms and bathrooms is a bit of a turn off.
Too expensive for the service. Is not a real 4 stars as ratted.
I stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and the location for very good. I would one day go back with my Family.
House keeping was a bit of let down as they had said they would give toiletries in the room but they did not give unless I had to ask everyone.
Location is excellent midway between the waterfront and downtown. Rooftop bar with wonderful view of Table mountain. On site parking.
Service.. Cocktails were excellent Free wifi Food quality and choice All staff were very friendly
Location. Roof top bar. Free shuttle service. Breakfast options.
Limited wardrobe space.
Very friendly staff nothing was to much trouble hotel clean and comfortable shuttle service wad a real bonus
This venue boasts one of the most magnificent Table Mountain views from a trendy and well appointed terrace bar. Friendly staff, enjoyable food and modern facilities adds to a generally pleasant stay.
It took quite a long time to check in due to lack of reception staff despite a 14:00 suggested check in.
Quality and available choices of restaurant(s) meals.
Crockery in breakfast dining room was chipped, cracked and not clean. Bought this to the attention of staff each day but this was ignored. This was not up to standard for a 4* hotel!
Perfect location for Adscape Theatre which is only a few minutes walk. The staff were very good and much more helpful than we generally find. They always went that extra mile. The rooms were very good as were the ensuite bathrooms. Lovely stay and we would not hesitate in revisiting this hotel.
There are not many restaurants within locality. We went for a walk and after about 5 minutes turned around and went back to hotel.
The staff were helpful and went out of their way to arrange for a rental car.
The car shuttle was not available most of the time. It would be helpful if there is a bus shuttle which goes at a designated time, rather than as and when available.
The location and hospitality of the staff
They did not change the bath towels on time or without our complain.
