Company info

I love old buildings and great architecture, hence the purchase and renovation of this particular property into a guesthouse. This "grand old lady" currently home to Park Place Boutique Guesthouse, has got great character, style and features and gracefully allows our guests the comfort of her space. The building was renovated in keeping with its period and decorated as such. All the original features were enhanced.

Property info

Our property is conveniently situated in the centre of East London and yet, once you drive into the parking lot, the silence and tranquility makes you feel as if you are in the countryside. We are central and within 5 minutes drive from the golf course, beachfront and all the major shopping centres and 10 minutes from the airport. Our value is our space, ample on-site parking, wide passages, so you will never feel encroached on. The high walls gives one a sense of privacy and one immediately feels safe and secure when you drive into the complex. Our on-site restaurant and bar area, allows you to unwind in one space. After a long day at the office or a long trip, you don't feel compelled to go anyway, as our chefs can cater for any taste and dietary requirements.

Neighborhood info

We are situated in central East London and within walking distance to the Ann Bryant Art Gallery, which is an historical icon in our city, the East London museum as well as the Guild Theatre. The Art Centre is also within walking distance, so for art lovers, Park Place is ideally situated. We are close to all the major routes.
