Close proximity to Malelane Gate to knp. Good view of Crocoldile River and from dining area. Dinner menu mediocre. Bath towels very small and tired. No face cloth. Decor needs modernizing. We had booked a deluxe room and were allocated a standard room.

Gostei do meio ambiente, calmo, relaxante e aprazível. As instalações (quartos, sala de jantar, varanda) são boas. Não gostei da forma como as empregadas de mesa se portam. São muito distraídas, pois, passam muito tempo na conversa e não assistem convenientemente os hóspedes, nomeadamente no retirar da loiça usada na mesa. É uma atitude que deve ser corrigida. Tivemos, amiúde, nós próprios, retirarmos da mesa os pratos utilizados.

La Rhino Suite est très spacieuse, idéale avec de jeunes enfants (sous réserve qu'ils dorment ensemble dans un lit king size). Hotel idéalement situé à l'entrée du Parc Kruger. Bons services, équipements multiples,repas très bien. Hôtel de luxe un peu impersonnel (comparé à certains lodges).

Muito próximo a entrada sul do Kruger Park. Para quem quer fazer safaris no parque, é uma excelente opção. Há uma agência de turismo dentro do hotel onde podem ser agendados os safaris e outros passeios. Os guias te pegam dentro do hotel para fazer os passeios. De alguns quartos e do restaurante tem-se a vista do Crocodile River, onde é possível avistar alguns animais como crocodilos e hipopótamos, por exemplo.

Incontestablement, l'hôtel a une vue superbe sur la rivière et le parc Kruger, un emplacement idéal pour visiter le parc, à 2 mn en voiture de la Porte Malelane. Accueil moyen, personnel de réception pas très aimable, manque de professionnalisme. Peinture toute défraîchie dans la salle de bains. Rapport qualité/prix moyen.

отличное расположение возле кругер парка с прекрасным видом на реку, полную крокодилов. слоны ходят на водопой, наблюдали за ними прямо из ресторана. большая территория отеля позволяет погулять с ребенком на травке. в спа сделали неплохой массаж. десерты на ужине были вкусные, а утренний завтрак на веранде создавал особое настроение. отель на 4 звезды не тянет. завозят большие группы для конференций, но для отдельных туристов условия в общем чуть лучше муниципальных кэмпов в крюгере. обслуживание без улыбок, что редкость в африке. персонал как в совке. только белок один менеджер помог нам, когда потек бойлер, и с потолка хлынула вода. состояние домиков в общем то потертое. мы брали семейный люкс, он оказался хуже по амуниции, чем стандарт. больше в этот отель мы не поедем - будем брать что-нибудь с при личным менеджментом

Gostei do serviço de restaurante que melhorou consideravelmente. O serviço de bar no exterior poderia ser melhorado. O lodge a que se vai dentro do Krueger park no contexto do passeio com a empresa de safaris é de inferior qualiddae.

“Crocodile Kruger's staff were fantastic, always offering a drink or a friendly smile and "how's it going?". The room was fantastic, and the lodge is so well located and easy to find - the views over the Crocodile River and Kruger are great. You can see plenty of wildlife just sitting on the balcony with a pair of binoculars! The atmosphere at dinner is something really special, too. Sitting under the stars on a warm evening, listening to the sounds of the African bush, and enjoying a leisurely 3-course dinner by the light of safari lanterns is not something you quickly forget.
