The quietness of the area The bed was not made on Saturday(30/03/2013) and clean towels were not provided until requested. The room was not cleaned and we were told the "maids" were off for the week end. This is something that we were not informed of prior to our stay or even on the day we checked in. As a result we had to cut our stay short. We checked out on Sunday Morning and went to stay somewhere. The manager was not remorseful at all about "not cleaning the room / making the bed". What was surprising was that in the morning we heard the sound of the hoover.......if the cleaning staff was off for the week end, who then was using the hoover? I will never recommend this lodge to anyone and it is only because of the manager

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are properly cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't have a table to fit my computer on for working purposes, but that was supplied when I asked for it.

Location and view from the room we rented for the evening was stunning. Very cosy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Privacy and Peace and quiet was wonderful. Cheap coffee offered in the rooms , Perhaps they could also offer pastries and some fruit options on the breakfast menu , very limited. Other than that a gorgeous stay. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Very neat and tidy. Would most definately stay there again. Thank you

It was quiet and had a beautiful view of Table Mountain. The owner was very helpful with sites to see and directions. The odors from the kitchen arrives in the room before you are ready to get up. This forces you to get.

The most helpful and friendly men, running the place, the relaxed atmosphere The view to the table mountain. No fences; doors wide open during the day!! You need a car for Capetown and beach. But the distanc to the airport is perfect.

La chambre confortable, propre et grande avec une grande salle de bains. Le calme du quartier et sa position par rapport aux activités. Petit déjeuner correct. L'insonorisation inexistante entre les différentes chambres et pièces ainsi qu'avec l'extérieur. Assez bruyant dès le matin très tôt. Noté air conditionné mais en fait simplement un ventilateur au plafond. Noté kitchenette dans la chambre mais simplement une bouilloire pour faire du café ou du thé.
