The Hotel is in a good location being 15/20 mins walk from the V & A. 5 mins away there are other bars & restaurants. If you like football only 15 mins from the new stadium. The rooms were clean & a good size. There is nice outside space where you can sit and a small pool which you can enjoy if the weather is fine. Bathroom would benefit from having a shower over the bath and the overall decoration although clean could do with re doing. |

Location location location- excellent value for closeness to the Waterfront area of Cape Town. Safe, clean, COMFORTABLE, with very pleasant staff. Good restaurants nearby too |

generous breakfast and courtesy; also they accepted to extend the check out time. we booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children; we spend on the hotel 5 days; the first 3 days there only were 2 beds (a double and a single and not 3 as indicated on booking (1 double a 2 sigle). |

I liked the friendly welcome we received upon arrival and the fact that simphiwe called the morning to make sure what time we were arriving etc.also the room was clean and provided us with a warm, homely feel |

Lekker ontbijt, vriendelijke jongen die er 's ochtends was, goede locatie. Erg gehorig! Zorg dat je een kamer boven boekt anders wordt je om 7 uur sochtends al wakker van het personeel dat langs je kamer loopt om ontbijt klaar te maken. |

Ár-érték szempontból kiváló hely, kedves személyzettel, sétányi közelségben az exkluzív Kikötő (V&A Waterfront) negyedhez. Keskeny lépcső vezet fel a szobákhoz (lift nincs), és a személyzet nem folyamatosan elérhető, ügyeleti jelleggel vannak ott. |

familiäre Atmosphäre, Nähe zur Waterfront, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter Flughafentransfer war nicht da, wie bei Mail ausgemacht. Wir mussten vom Flughafen nochmal anrufen und erinnern. Klappte aber dann ohne Probleme. |

La ubicación (no queda lejos del Centro ni del Water Front). Las vistas desde el balcón de la habitación. La tranquilidad y el patio, lleno de vegetación y con una pequeña piscina. El guarda de seguridad no se enteró de que habíamos llegado, a pesar de que llamos varias veces a los dos timbres (el de la puerta de vehículos y el de la verja de seguridad). El parking está fuera de la verja de seguridad. |
