The staff were amazing, breakfast should have been included
When I booked, I booked an executive room, and another room for my son facing the sea, he didn't get it he got a back room, we should have got an executive room , with an inter leading room, that's what I thought an executive room was.
at arrival, we were warmly received by Tshepo, from there on things just better. afternoons spent on the deck with friendly staff fussing around our needs. bedroom was always clean and neat, the evening room turndown by again friendly staff. this will be my new address in Cape Town.
Great location, we were able to walk the Sea Point promenade and enjoyed the offerings of local pubs and shops in walking distance. We had a corner room on the seventh floor with view to the sea.
The disadvantage of the corner room was that it was mostly of the WiFi range. This doesn't excuse the voucher system that allows you 350 MB per day only. Also, replacing used items such as milk as shampoo did not happen unless the staff was reminded. Parking was also very limited.
Well situated. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms not very sound proof. Noise from hallway can be heard loudly.
the setup of the hotel, walking distance to the beach and the view is excellent
Limited TV channels, atleast more sports channels and one local 24 hour news channel (eNCA or ANN7)
Location next to promenade Comfortable bed Spaciousness
Noisy aircon Bath plug does not seal properly, water drains out very quickly Curtains do not close all the way to block out sunlight
Whistling pipes within the walls caused a bit of noise.
We could not connect to wifi for more than a few minutes.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and ensured that all our needs were met. The general manager made a special effort to meet and welcome us. Fantastic ocean views from the bedroom.
Facilities at the hotel need upgrading.
Close to town and waterfront
The rooms in this Premier hotel are not as big as the rooms in the Premier Conference Centre East London, South Africa.
Staff and location
We had little warm water to show Construction noises Woken up early due to noice on top floor because someone got stuck.
This is the second time I have had no hot water, it is unnacceptable, I should never have given a second chance
The proximity to the beach front
was impressed with everything
Location and room spec
There was no hot water when I showered at 5am, as I had to head off to the airport, not great paying R1,150 for the night and not being able to shave or shower properly, sorry but not taking that chance again
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. View from my room. Coffee station in the room.
Breakfast not included in room rate. Food was average quality... not much of a choice.
Location is serene. Proximity to the ocean makes it perfect for me.
Need to improve on quantity of the food Need to have more varieties- African dishes
The location was great. Staff very friendly.
Unfortunately there was construction maintenance so it was an issue to get in and out of the basement parking. Once you were in there was no one to let you out and we had to phone many times from down under to get out!
It had a bed.
Room wasn't cleaned until 3pm the following day although all towels had been taken out so after showering I was unable to dry myself. Left my phone charger in the room, called the day after checkout, was told they would check, no one bothered to call back with an update once told that the phone charger is not there. No update on staff member or what had happened.
location,look and feel,
little garage space for cars
The staff could not have been more helpful or nicer. The room was very large and the location superb.
Location - close to promanade
No fridge in room. Building work right next to the hotel.
first class service from all the staff in different positions easy walking to seapoint shops and sea front
we found nothing that was in place that we did not like as the hotel ran like clockwork
Friendly staff. Food was excellent and good value for money
we loved the view our whole holiday was perfect.
only room services the toasted sandwich has no taste and very little filling
Clean, comfortable safe and upmarket.
