Good location and close to amenities
Location excellent, close to major attractions and the sea. Clean, well maintained, personal and friendly. Feels like home
The staff were helpful and friendly at all times. always ready to assist you in anything that you needed.
The curtains didn't have a blockout lining and the light came into the room very early. I dont think its a 4 Star hotel, more like a high 3.
Close to Waterfront and Seapoint.
Shuttle to Waterfront only in daytime. Not cleaned properly.Bathrooms modern but dirty.
We really enjoyed the location, the venue and facilities. The Staff were all helpful and friendly and of course the price was extremely good which made our visit Only an absolute pleasure.
This is really no one's fault but while there the server was down and I could send an email to the desk that I needed printed, the staff suggested using the office facility in the library but that system was loaded with widows 8 which just incompatible with everything. So I was unable to print the doc needed....
I have stayed at hotels and then I stayed at Premier Hotel Cape Manor they have set the bar way way above the rest, the food was amazing, the staff were just amazing and helpful truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at kudos
nothing not one thing
The efficiency and friendliness off the reception staff and the breakfast staff.
Location and friendliness of staff.
Free WI Fi could be improved, collecting vouchefs daily is not very effect enter and customer friendly.
Friendly staff; Nice room
View into building next door; no restaurants close by; expensive breakfast
Friendly, helpful, smiling staff Great view Fine location
The staff were amazing, breakfast should have been included
When I booked, I booked an executive room, and another room for my son facing the sea, he didn't get it he got a back room, we should have got an executive room , with an inter leading room, that's what I thought an executive room was.
at arrival, we were warmly received by Tshepo, from there on things just better. afternoons spent on the deck with friendly staff fussing around our needs. bedroom was always clean and neat, the evening room turndown by again friendly staff. this will be my new address in Cape Town.
Great location, we were able to walk the Sea Point promenade and enjoyed the offerings of local pubs and shops in walking distance. We had a corner room on the seventh floor with view to the sea.
The disadvantage of the corner room was that it was mostly of the WiFi range. This doesn't excuse the voucher system that allows you 350 MB per day only. Also, replacing used items such as milk as shampoo did not happen unless the staff was reminded. Parking was also very limited.
Well situated. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms not very sound proof. Noise from hallway can be heard loudly.
the setup of the hotel, walking distance to the beach and the view is excellent
Limited TV channels, atleast more sports channels and one local 24 hour news channel (eNCA or ANN7)
Location next to promenade Comfortable bed Spaciousness
Noisy aircon Bath plug does not seal properly, water drains out very quickly Curtains do not close all the way to block out sunlight
Whistling pipes within the walls caused a bit of noise.
We could not connect to wifi for more than a few minutes.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and ensured that all our needs were met. The general manager made a special effort to meet and welcome us. Fantastic ocean views from the bedroom.
Facilities at the hotel need upgrading.
Close to town and waterfront
The rooms in this Premier hotel are not as big as the rooms in the Premier Conference Centre East London, South Africa.
Staff and location
We had little warm water to show Construction noises Woken up early due to noice on top floor because someone got stuck.
This is the second time I have had no hot water, it is unnacceptable, I should never have given a second chance
The proximity to the beach front
was impressed with everything
Location and room spec
There was no hot water when I showered at 5am, as I had to head off to the airport, not great paying R1,150 for the night and not being able to shave or shower properly, sorry but not taking that chance again
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. View from my room. Coffee station in the room.
Breakfast not included in room rate. Food was average quality... not much of a choice.
