Peace of mind, no noise and close to town and the beach. Was nice.

No hearter when its cold or electric blanket, few channels in dstv for entertaiment

The fact the a Hotel Guest has tp pay for parking at their Hotel. The noise levels coming from the adjacent building.

The staff compliment at the hotel was amazing, extremely curtious, from the reception staff to the restaurant staff as well as house keeping.

The rigmoral involved for, supper, wi-fi, parking, etc... would it not be easier to have free wi-fi and advertise it, be able to bill anything internal to your room and pay for it all with one transaction instead of me have to pay independantly. The bathroom in my room, had a light residue of mould growing on the walls and I fail to understand that there is not a smoking area.

Unfortunately I do all my business travel bookings online and the last ones I did have never been disapointing. I was shocked with the location, condition of hotel and rooms had the most aweful smell. I only stayed 2 of the 3 nights and found alternative accommodatin for the 3rd

Everything about the hotel was not up to standard according to the rate charged!!! They credited my credit card for the 3rd night I did not stay and still nothing has reflected on my statement. I would like that investigated please???

The food was good. Rooms were nice and quite. The aircon was very cool. Deluxe room is very spacious. Porter service is good. Room cleaners was very good.

I reserved a standard double room that specified airconditioning and the room did not have it. One morning the bathroom in the deluxe room did not have water but just a little cold water. There is no room service. Water is dripping from the top of the window in the std room. Water is dripping from the wall in the lounge waiting area. The lifts are very small. Only two person fit or four if you like mouth to mouth. One lift has a trellidoor that you can put your hand through and probably loose it while traversing. For the price of the breakfast and dinner we could have eaten twice at a restaurant and the variaty was not enough otherwise the price would not have been an issue. Little fruit flies was over the food. The bar lounge aircon did not work. Drinks were very expensive. The neighbourhood is terrible and dangerous.

Staff very friendly.

No access to meals. When I made my booking it said there was no meal option with the type of booking so I thought it meant I would not have any choice but to get what the hotel was providing at any time, I never thought it meant I would have to buy my own meals. It was very dissapointing to learn that on the day I checked in. I suggest you make it clear that no meals will be provided period coz this "no option" is not clear at all.

Room without aircon. the Tv did not play well adn poor Dstv/Mnet connection. Hotel smells a bit dusty. Bathroom and toilet not adequite.

The hotel and staff was friendly and the room was comfortablle and clean. When we had a problem with our TV it was sorted out within 10 minutes and we received a follow-up call from the front desk to ensure that all was sorted out.

However, the location is not in a very save part of the city. It was also very noicy at night in the streets and surroundings.

The conferencing manager was not welcoming and you need people skills in this portfolio I train in different hotels I am always feeling that I am treated as a valued guest.

We liked the tranquil atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming

The floor carpet in our room and bedding need some attention. You also need to attend to repair the pothole at the parking entrance so that cars are not dented underneath.

Location - extremely noisy when you have a road facing room

The staff was very friendly. Spacious room for an ok price.

No internet connection at all. Very difficult to plug your devices, only one plug. Safe locked on arrival.

The room was advertised as being airconditioned and having ahairdryer. There was a fan and no hairdryer. The surrounding place was unexpected, down the road from the beach but had an element of being unsafe with lots of hobos in the area. It was not what we had expected.

The aircon in our room was not working & it was one of the hottest days in East London.

Nothing ... I didn't stay in the end and at 12pm looked for alternative accommodation.

The aircon was not working. You couldn't open the windows if you wanted to sleep at all as it was way too noisy.
