Lovely comfortable clean accomodation. Delicious food. Friendly, helpful efficient staff. No complaints! Will use this accom again!!

Reception staff pleasant and professional. General appearance very good Room very comfortable. Breakfast very nice.

Dining room staff look at you but do not see you - had to wave to get service. staff need to look alive. No side plates on the table,and no teaspoon to stir coffee. Cutlery washed but not clean. Bath room floor dirty. Shower head broken. Room 802

Quite, friendly environment. Rooms very clean; beautiful design and decor. Definitely home away from home... Just the place for overnight rest before a following morning flight.

Close to the airport. Good and friendly staff, good service. Have a shuttle form airport but should mention where to wait for the bus as for first visit someone may do not know.

Need to have wifi or connection in room. As for business trip it more useful to work in room than business center or lobby.

The cleanliness and design. Bedrooms are spacious and well designed.

The non exsistant wi-fi connection and bad reception for intrernet, even the reception on my phone was bad!

Very comfortable and rooms are tastefully decorated to high standard. Accommodation, hospitality, food was excellent. From time of arrival to check out service was fluent, attentive and friendly.

Decent Gym Good breakfast

Wifi costs but does not work for phones. In my case the ability to get reliable Wifi is very important, and since MacDonalds does not charge for this service why should a hotel?

Airport Access

The place is a little strange

It was very close to the airport. Excellent service and facility. Great food! Have a shuttle from the airport at no charge. We highly recommend it! Their internet service was only available in the business centre and lobby area.

I thought that the buffet breakfast and dinner was very well done

No WiFi in the room - and poor reception in many other parts of the hotel. I was supplied with a cable, but then it didn't work from the desk connection. In the end I had to put my laptop on a small shelf at eye-level next to the TV to get a connection at all. Even then, the connection was poor and kept disconnecting.I got charged for this shabby service. This is an expensive hotel; I expect high quality internet.

Very deluxe room, beautiful lobby.

Because I was travelling a long, long way that day, I chose the Premier because it was close to the airport. Also, knowing I would be hungry and thirsty after being subjected to airplaines and airplane food and I would be getting in late, I chose it because it had advertised a bar open untill 11pm and 24 hour room service. We got in at 9:45, dropped off our bags and headed to the bar, which was closed. So we went back to the room to order room service, which was not available. Pretty exasperated, I called the front desk to see if we could just get a couple of Cokes. He explained to us that if we paid a large amount of money to the shuttle driver he could go to the airport and buy us some Cokes. I had assumed, and was paying for what I thought was luxury accomodations and had no intention of bribing the driver for 2 soda pops. In the morning the front desk invited us to the continental buffet, and it was alright. Then on the way out they chased us down to pay for the buffet. Again, my bad for assuming this was a luxury hotel and might provide us with a couple of bowls of cereal and croissants complimentary. This was, by far, the most expensive hotel on our trip and the only bad experience that we had in Africa.

Neat and tidy with good sized rooms.

Each time the door opens at reception the wind blows too much. I see the hotel as a business hotel which means it is common to wait at the lobby for people to come collect you and the wind was a little too much.

I liked the landscaping outside though small, the beautiful expensively built building. Elegant furnishing in the room, white spotless beddings and comfortable bed. The inclusion of tea and coffee making apparatus and ingredients. The hotel location out of town yet townlike in a quiet location. The noise proof room was such an encouragement.

What I did not like about the hotel was the lack of free transport to the airport yet the the neighboring guest houses had free transport. There was no free Internet which is now available in very many such facilities especially in my country kenya where it is free even in coffee shops. Available paid for Internet was expensive and couldn't be accessed from the room. South Africa being a country that experiences real winter, the hotel should have better heating systems than what is there.

Pour un hôtel d'aéroport, il est bien sonorisé. Une navette le dessert. Mais surtout le buffet du dîner, somptueux et délicieux.

God beliggenhet i forhold til flyplassen. Rent og behagelig og gode senger som var perfekt etter en lang flytur. God frokost.Transfer t/r flyplass :-)
