Location, room with a sea view and attentiveness of staff. Great atmosphere. Very chilled and support from taxi drivers etc excellent. Fantastic value and great that it has a guest type room for changing in etc if you are checking out late. Thanks to michael too.
Any detrimental comments must be viewed with the fact that this place is great value for money and is not a 5x place with associated pricing. Only the food is a bit basic and the internet frustrating (but it is free!). So nothing bad really
Breakfast is awful. Miss it and go elsewhere. The pool is depressing. Go to the bay hotel and pay for a day membership for only 100 rand
Stunning location. We could not fault anything with the Primi Seacastle. We had a wonderful stay and this was enhanced by the friendly and helpful staff.
The location in front of the beach, and few minutes walk from the restaurants, the view,
Staff were very helpful at all times. Advice given about what to see and how to get there. They helped when I changed method of payment .
Staff friendly, nice breakfast.
Cockroach in bed one morning! Pool, terrace public walk through right outside our room, no privacy.
The hotel overlooks the beach and is a short walk from several great restaurants- try the Codfather. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the manager
Great helpful friendly staff, perfect location, lovely room, beautiful pool area for sundowners, quiet, it was perfect overall - just a pity I didn't stay for longer than one night!
The parking was difficult to find, but only because I couldn't get hold of the reception at the time. A small blip in an otherwise lovely experience
Nice beach just across the street
parking situation was difficult, hotel parking area parking slots are on a steep slope breakfast was very simple no hotel bar open at night
Michael the manager could not have been more pleasant and went out of his way to accommodate us. The breakfasts were great and generally all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Gloria and Andrew were also very nice
The furniture and general look of the place was too old and needs an upgrade and please get rid of those terrible old leather couches and chairs
The location is great
The place is tired and need a renovation. Pool was green. Access to the entrance is poor and there is very little parking.
Very friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Stunning view from the room Giant bed big enough for a whole family!
Location, view and staff were all excellent. Stayed in room 3 with a beach view. Nice and spacious room, comfy bed and own patio overlooking the pool and beach. I would welcome a few more nights there.
The small details are a little overlooked here in terms of upkeep. Mostly this has to do with the bathroom. While bright and full of beautiful granite, there were signs of mold having been painted over but coming back through on the window sil and caulking which should have long been replaced around the tub. The windows frames and hardware in the bathroom could use a little attention as well.
Large room Good breakfasts Friendly service We were always introduced to other guests and this encouraged us to discuss ideas of visits etc Friendly owner who always wanted us to feel at home
- walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Camps bay - breakfast was basic but the omelette I had was one of the best and huge
- small room - tiny old bathroom (shower only) - bathroom so small that it is difficult to sit on the toilet facing straight (had to sit at an angle) - requested a room with a view - got a tiny room with a tiny window
Andrew was fantastic . greeted us by showing the car park at the back of the hotel.showed us around and was very helpful throughout.
car park tricky at certain times but manageable.
Excellence sea view
Bathroom in need of refurbishing and furniture in room rather worn.
The helpfulness of Michael and everyone on reception would encourage our return. The location is superb with beautiful views of the ocean and easy walking to restaurants and shops.
Location was excellent, staff extremely helpful. Being able to order room service on a lazy evening - excellent.
wifi and mobile signal was problematic
Garden room noisy with people in next apartment and banging of doors in morning with people exiting to parking
Some of the staff
We had a ocean view room and a huge king size bed. Location was perfect, you could see and hear the ocean as well as walk to all eating establishments and shops within 5 minutes. We were well cared for by the staff and felt comfortable and safe at all times.
The locations is beautiful, nice big rooms.
There is a huge parking problem was quite nerves leaving my car in the street away from the hotel.
