The breakfast buffet was very divers and of good quality

This hotel is completely out dated! Everything in my room was old, dirty, worn out, forced, fell apart....really, you can see that this hotel has been used intensively but now it is time for a serious renovation. I would never go back there in the state it is now. Also, the friendlyness of the staff could be a lot better.

Very vibrant. The Bull Run restaurant is great as well as your breakfast.

I think the long corridors to the rooms are a bit stuffy because of lack of adequate ventilation.

We booked a suite and were first given a standard room. On showing our booking they changed us to the suite. The suite was fine at first but is at the end of the hotel next to a building with very noisy air conditioning - so noisy we couldn't sleep. We were moved to another room in the morning but this was not a suite and they would not give us a garden view room. The new room had a view onto brick walls and there was no reduction in price. It was, however, slightly less noisy!

It was great as a hub for our stay, as all our friends knew the location, it was easy to get to and parking was available for them. Service was very good, staff really couldnt do enough for us. I liked the ironing room facility to be able to freshen up clothes. We appreciated the security along the path to Sandton City, making our walk a safe one. We loved the big comfortable bed and the "Do Not Disturb" sign being honoured.

We didnt enjoy the receptionist declaring in a loud voice the full amount of our bill - on arrival. Seemed as though she was checking out whether we could afford it. The maze of corridors without direction signs proved a bit of a challenge. We were disappointed the Village Walk is closing down, as we wanted to visit the cinemas. We had a disappointing meal at the attached Bull Run Restaurant. We got caught at breakfast - using the buffet meant we had to pay R159 per head. Our mistake. We should have selected one of the breakfasts and been directed to the area specified to each. The pigeons are a problem at breakfast.

Staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal for Sandton shopping and with the gardens it was like being in the countryside whilst 5 minutes (safe) walk to the shopping area. Excellent hotel.

Could have done with Sport number 6 channel in room to watch 6 Nations games - but this is just nitpicking!

The staff was nice , they wellcomed me 8 in the morning some other hotels make problem abaut it but they were nice , the concierge was also very nice...they helped as they can...

Just the pool was not clean as I wished , and pools are small like just for kids...

Lack of immediate parking and ease of pick up and drop off

Only your sink plug in the bathroom doesn't let the water away really well. Such a small thing. This you can fix. Smorgasbord Breakfasts are always a bit cool. That is a hard one. When there is nothing to complain about I had to really dig to dream these ones up. Thanks You're doing great Balalaika. Bob bishop fun chick

1)I received a call from reciption on 5am once, it is affect my sleep. 2)Wifi is not steady
