Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Wir sind erst spät abgereist- man hat uns noch ein Zimmer kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, damit wir uns noch Duschen konnten.

Hotellet ligger rett under Signal hill, med fantastisk utsikt til Table Mountain og Devils Peak. Meget hyggelig og forekommende personale. Det var adskilt soverom og stue, med fullt utstyrt hybelkjøkken. Man kunne velge om man ville lage mat selv, eller spise til svært hyggelige priser i restauranten. Maten var meget god. Det tar et kvarter å gå til Waterfront. Rommene er nyoppussede. Ikke luksus, men alminnelig god standard. Baderom med badekar og dusj. Selv om hotellet ikke ser særlig imponerende ut fra utsiden, og man går inn i hotellet via garasjen, trivdes vi veldig godt! Det er forøvrig sikkerhetsvakter i garasjen og begge adkomstene til hotellet utenom garasjen er låste gitterporter som kan åpnes av sikkerhetsvaktene hvis man vil gå den veien. Dette var betryggende. Kan sterkt anbefale hotellet, som att på til er rimelig. Vannet i bassenget var like kaldt som på strendene. Klima-anlegget i soverommet var nokså støyende, men vi sov godt likevel. Kun de første 100mb av internett-bruken var gratis.

Bra beliggenhet, kun 10 minutter fra Waterfront. Noe vasnkelig å komme inn da du måtte ringe på og gå opp en trapp for å komme inn i resepsjonen. Fine nyoppussede suite rom. Vi bestilte to suite rom, men da vi sjekket inn, fikk vi kun et. det andre var et std. rom. de fortalte at de var overbokket. vi klaget dette inn til de og de beklaget Den kunne ikke gjøre noe. refusjon var heller ikke et tema da hotellet var bestilt gjennom et agentbyrå?! Suite rommet var fint, men de annonserte balkong, som var på 1,5 m2.

Hotellilla on hyvä sijainti, sopiva matka keskustaan ja V&A Waterfrontille (noin 10 min kävellen). Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen, mukava ja avulias, saimme mm. hyviä shoppailupaikkavinkkejä. Hotelli on turvallinen, sillä porteilla on vartiointi 24/7. Meillä oli käytössämme n.38 neliön standard-sviitti (makuu- ja olohuone + minikeittiö), joka oli erittäin siisti ja mukava. Näkymä Pöytävuorelle oli komea 9. kerroksen ranskalaisparvekkeelta. Uima-allasalue on aika pieni, mutta oikein kiva ja käyttökelpoinen. Yleisesti ottaen hotelli oli erittäin miellyttävä ja rauhallinen, ei riehuvia lapsia, meluavia nuoria tai kännisiä aikuisia. Meillä ei ole mitään valittamista hotellista. Jotain muuta saattaa häiritä hienoinen liikenteen ääni. Uima-allasalue ei ole ehkä paras mahdollinen lapsiperheelle.

heel vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam menu mag iets uitgebreider zijn, zeker als je 14 dagen in dat hotel logeert. De 2de lift is al meer dan een jaar buiten gebruik en nog steeds niet hersteld. Soms is het lang wachten aan de lift.

Les chambres sont agréables... Situation géographique décevante : il faut marcher une quinzaine de minutes pour arriver au "waterfront", et prendre un taxi dès la nuit tombée.

Loved the size of the suite, it allowed 2 of us to stay in real comfort, with our own cooking facilities, balcony and views of the National Stadium and Waterfront - yet close enough to shop or eat out, whizz to Camps Bay. Also a brilliant local shopping strip with everything you'd ever need. Excellent location.
