Stayed in the apartment, very nice, spacious, classy, own coffee machine. Beds extremely comfortable, Milk shakes amazing, must try. Swimming pool far to small, can only get 2 - 3 people in at a time. Also no hot tub, tried food once (room service) very average. Hotel taxi's far more expensive than outside hotel.

Well Protea Hotel Fire and Ice is in Secure place,nice Staff ,Good Service,Good location ,Close to tomany nice places like Table mountain ,Shoping Area,Nice Resturents close Special who like Halel Indian and Pakistany and Turkish Foods and close to some Wildlife places Like Lion Park,Chethas,World of bird,Batonichale garden,Monkekey town,These areas are 40to50 minutes Drive

Superb design, fabulous split level Penthouse apartment, excellent location. Funky place to stay, definately aimed at 'younger' end of the market.... Also opposite the best cafe in town 'Crust' superb for breakfasts, with delicious croissants, muffins etc., cooked onsite daily... Nothing, staff were very friendly & attentive. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone....

Sehr schönes Designer Hotel Super Lage sehr sauber mit tollem Restaurant Haben statt dem gebuchten Apartment zwei kleine Doppelzimmer bekommen mit der Begründung es währe alles ausgebucht ! Das Personal ander Repuation war sehr überfordert Statt den versprochenen 150 MB W-lan täglich bekommt man nur 100MB für den ganzen Aufenthalt und muss für mehr bezahlen

Lots of space, nice coffee, lovely interior Bathroom smelled bad, spread around living room, seemed to be sewage related. Had bad experience with restaurant downstairs, had to send meal back and other one wasn't great either.

Location: the famous long street is behind it; where you can do shopping or spending your night with bars or restaurants. Also it is not that far from the table mountain. Services are so amazing Decoration is so nice Big space for car parking. The employees are so friendly specially the girl in the transportation and tours ( lelisha), she arranged all our tours. We didn't like the breakfast and we didn't eat any other meal in the Hotel because it wasn't Hallal
