The friendly staff - Perunia and Sibusiso were fantastic. The free 100mb of data. The spacious rooms, and the music channel was on when I entered the room.

Was very dissapointed with the quality and standard of food. Have ordered room service twice and both times we hardly touched the food. First room service we had to wait nearly 2 hours before the food arrived. Also we were a couple in the room however they only catered for 1 person when it comes to the chocolate and hot chocolate gift. Room was acceptable comfortable and clean

We were very impressed with the rooms and the service and the friendliness of the staff. Our only objection was the cost of breakfast, R145 was extremely expensive, we have a very light breakfast and feel we should have been able to pay accordinally so we didn't have breakfast at all.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It has got to be the most unattractive building from the outside. When you drive past, you have second thoughts about staying there but once you are inside it is attractive and comfortable.

The security at the gate just let me in,without confirming that I was a guest. The hotel was VERY noisy,and I could hardly sleep.

There were no plug adapters available. If the rooms do not have 2 prong p;lugs there should be enough at reception for one in each room. It is unacceptable that i had to wait over three hours for a pulg. I was there on business and was not abale to do any work as i could not charge my devices. Also the location of our room was next door to the water tanks and generators so it was very noisy all night.
