It had a gym. The pool was too cold to use but it had a pool. Not inviting. Many of the staff very offhand and unhelpful. Despite non-smoking legislation being around SA for some time, the room smelled badly and the furnishing were old and looked dirty. Compared to other accommodations on our trip, this was expensive, shoddy and uninviting.

It felt like staying at a 5 star hotel at 3 star prices. The location also worked well for us, with the Gautrain only a 5 minute walk away Breakfast seemed a bit steep, but that was all

The butler was quite friendly and willing to assist with my luggage and even in helping to resolve my issues....can't readily recall is name now but he was a fair and short man. I stayed Mfon just one night as I was en route to Cape Town y Premier Classe train....the hotel is quite close to the train station which was why I booked it in the first place. Breakfast was nice as here was a multitude of choices to select from.

Vi uppskattade att bli hämtade på Oliver Tambos flygplats då vi kom med resväskor. Kvällens buffe i restaurangen var bra så läcker.

I loved the location near the train station. The moment you came to the front gate you knew it was a well respected and established hotel. Also had a couple wonderful meals in The Orchard restaurant. Great stop to relax after a "roughing" it on a safari. Check out the roof top deck too!

the balcony, gym and skylevel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked on line on arrival i was told the room i booked is not available, so i ask myself if i cancelled i was suppose to pay for cancellation, i was given what i did not book for.
