The views from my room, the proximity to the sea, friendly staff, everything I could need in a holiday flat, the honest lady who cleaned my room, I felt safe, proximity to my bank, Woolworths and lovely coffee shops, walking distance to my church, the wonderful promenade and coffee kiosk across the road, mountains at the back and sea in the front, interesting buildings in the area.

If I had to be 'picky', it would be the awkward shower in the bath, ferocious lift door!, and some litter outside the front entrance.

The staff were very accommodating and it is a nice relatively inexpensive hotel.

The elevator was scary and parking could be more secure.

Staff and housekeeping a disadter!promised us a matress for my child, and when we arrive she said housekeeping will put it in our room, when we arrived later taht day, housekeeping were gone allready and reception couldnt help with matrewss so had to sleep on the floor!

1. No parking space available and no indication prior to booking that there is only 12 parking spaces for the whole hotel.How do you "book" parking, as stated on bookings.com website info. 2.No key was available for my safe...and the only thing they did is say"sorry we don't have a key" unacceptable. 3. My kettle didnt work. 4. On my arrival, no one offered to help me with my luggage.

I liked that it was right opposite the beach and the price was reasonable as well the room we were in was well kept and neat. It suited our needs, we spent the night just to get away from our busy life and enjoy time away as a couple - it was our 4th year wedding anniversary and i wanted it to be special.

the only thing i didn't quite appreciate is that there was no breakfast offered at the hotel - i couldn't even order coffee to be delivered to our bedroom. So, basically you would have had to bring everything yourself. So, we checked out early and went to the nearest centre for breakfast and coffee.

View of the ocean and the promenade. The suite was large –two bedrooms, a living room and plenty of closets. It has very large balcony on the side of the apartment as well as one facing the ocean. These apartments are not new but are kept very clean and considering the view and proximity to local supermarkets and coffee shops, its an amazing place to stay and reasonably priced.

The parking spaces were in short supply so ensure that you reserve one for your stay.

The rooms and huge bed are quite comfy

Not much really

Ordered a room for 4 - 2 adults, 2 children. I knew there was a double bed and an opening sofa made for the kids. I didn't expect to find just the double bed and a sofa I need to prepare myself. I had to open this dingy dirty looking sofa and take sheets from the cupboard and make the bed myself. We arrived at night ready to sleep and did not expect to be hassled by this. One of the sheets was stained and that was enough for my wife to not let the kids sleep on that bed - so she slept in the double bed with the kids and I slept that night on the sofa-self-made- bed. Miserable night! Needless to say the towels were not appealing too so we showered only after we left that hotel in the morning. I would not recommend that hotel to others.
