The wait/service staff were wonderful. Attentive, pleasant, and very helpful. The hallways were hot, (however, the room AC worked well) and "standard double" (two twin beds that kept separating, and not one full sized mattress) - should have requested a change, but I did not however I'm sure that if I had, I would have been accommodated.

The Hotel staff were so helpfull, The green Taxi they sent to the airport for our pick up is not expensive and Avril our lady drive was very friendly and informative it was our first time in SA.The hotel is in a great location to walk to the V&A waterfront there is a great coffee shop around the corner. It was a good place to stay and value for money.

Very pleasant staff, everyone smiles and makes one feel very welcome. Breakfast order was messed up somewhat. Your internet access charge of r195 for 24 hours is outrageous! You have internet anyway, this is 100% profit, and a total rip-off at that. Other hotels in the same category almost invariably do not charge. stop it!

Very nice hotel, nicely decorated, large room and for very reasonable prices. Location is good, about 10 minute walk to Waterfront, safe area. It has good safe underground parking, breakfast is good and varied. The rooms have no mini-bar!, also service in the restaurant and room service can be slow, but this is true everywhere in South Africa-be patient!

Location is close to the Waterfront plus there are various cafes and smaller shopping centres close by. One has to ask for rooms on higher floors. The street facing rooms on the first floor are extremely noisy.

Comfortable room, nice breakfast buffet, helpful staff - although once again, room service order was messed up. You guys have got to stop charging r195 for one day internet access! This is completely outrageous; your competitors do not do this. You have internet anyway, this is 100% profit and it is greedy and disgusting.

Room very comfortable and clean. Great bed, shower, and flat screen TV. 10 minute walk to the V&A water front. Plenty of restaurants in the vacinity. Pool is small, but that seems to be the case for many Cape Town hotels. Internet was expensive. I was in Cape Town on business and that made it hard to get my work done.

The apartment I rented was stellar. And, having a lap pool, as a swimmer, was a wonderful treat. Delays - I arrived at 1:30pm and was told had to come back at 2pm to check in, arrived back at 5pm and had to wait for room for about 15 minutes. Similar issues at other times.
