Family orientated hotel. Very spacious and modern. Excellent Breakfast. Most staff very friendly. Great views of the hills and mountain. Excellent vineyard scenes.

Few unfriendly staff (ie. Reception staff on arrival and breakfast staff member). Rooms are not "sound proof".

Not very much Front desk staff was helpful to me but not all

Room not serviced & cleaned properly Dirty oil used to fry soggy potatoe chips After 30 minutes then told no mushrooms for pizza Ask for an iron & it never comes They say that they are halaal friendly but they set pork next to scramble eggs Explanation of the above is a straight forward told them to change oil a while ago by manager Spoke to house keeper more than once to service properly still on last day no toilet paper or shampoo Phatetic for protea hotel and as a prokard member will tell them so Breakfast was Phatetic and monotonous

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

I liked the fact that the loft was suitable for me and my family. The pool was at a level for children to swim. I also loved the friendliness of the staff. They made you feel like you were at home. The kids loved them.

Very clean and spacious. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The apartment was new and the bathrooms were luxurious.

The noise at the pool/dining area from the children playing in the pool was unnecessary. Despite a sign on the wall saying no jumping etc, the kids were dive bombing and wetting guests and screaming at the same time. Not relaxing at all. And this occurred all day, not just for a few hours. The other issue for concern is the hotel ran out of a particular brand of beer on our first day and despite promising to get delivery of stock,by our 6th day, they still didn't have. There was a miscommunication about what menu's we could order from, with us being told one night we couldn't order from the a la carte menu and thereafter we could. The standard of the food was very good, except for the new years eve special which was a spit braai at R155. The food quality and variety was shocking to say the least! We were a group of 5 and were bitterly disappointed!

It is located in a very serene environment.

The apartments are too far from the reception and not well protected from winds.

Easy to get to.... staff really good...., just enjoyed my stay...

Not much. View from my room was towards the vineyards - so very pleasant outlook from lounge.

1. The shower was pathetic - very weak water pressure. 2. The basin had no plug, so you let the water run while you shave. ( I did request one at reception, but nothing was done about it.). 3. The so called kitchen had absolutely nothing in it - no utensils at all. What do you do with a stove and a fridge if you have nothing to make a snack etc ? ( there is a kettle to make coffee/ tea and cups) 4. Lounge area very uncomfortable - no couch, so you sit in a chair if you want to watch TV. 5. Building quality is shoddy - hotel is a year old and already entire wall in my bedroom was peeling and wet. 6. Hotel Staff make a lot of noise when they clean the rooms - rooms are not soundproof at all. If you think to have a afternoon snooze, forget about it - it sounds like you stay in a youth hostel !

There was a slight misunderstanding about whether all 5 nights included breakfast (I thought they did). Other than that it was very good.

Very clean and comfortable Heating and cooling aircons was nice

too many worms inside and outside the apartments. replace the stove with microwave ovens very expensive breakfast

Need a kitchen cloth in the apartment to wipe any spills.

Mycket bra rum. Snyggt, rent. Frukost buffen är mycket bra. Kaffe servering fungerade inte riktig. Gratis parkering och gratis shuttle till centrum.

Servicen var ganska dålig. Matens kvalitet är dålig. Synd var också att det är i ett vinområde och heter till och med Vineyards men har absolut inte något med vin att göra.

The restaurant is very nice and the interior design of the bar area.

There was a lot of business functions on so the bar/restaurant/pool area was sometimes packed with people.

Affordable, clean and comfortable. Good location.

Stairs to our room/apartment not cleaned from Friday to Sunday. Stayed dirty. Room service - trays with plates, etc, not removed quickly. Stayed outside room for a long time.

Price: is cheap considering the spaciousness of the room and amenities Surroundings: quiet area

Location: thought it would be closer to the airport than staying in one of the city hotels, but it's not that near to the airport in reality
