The hotel was well furbished, staff were excellent

The hotel was too modern and the furniture a little ostentatious. It was not appealing to sit on. The pool - you had to walk through the dining room to get to it. The bar area had no atmosphere - very clinical.

Beautiful design

The staff are aggresive at check-out time as to remind you that your time and money is up. The shower design was impractical

The staff were really friendly. The rooms were clean.

The airconditioning didnt seem to work well and the room was a tad expensive.

The hotel is in an excellent position and I felt very safe. The facilities were excellent and the hotel has been beautifully upgraded. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I had a beautiful room. I especially like the fact that the hotel is situated in beautiful grounds and that the entrance is not on the street.

The clean towels daily were a problem. The wet ones would be removed from the room and not replaced. Only after a phone call to housekeeping would they bring the bathmat and towels that had been removed and sometimes even this did not get them to replace what had been taken out for laundering.

It was nice, safety and clean hotel, its good for families, students also they have good price also nice staff...

We did our reservation 3 weeks ago and we called them lots of time for control our reservation...when we were arrived the hotel no body knew our reservation :( and they were found our reservation too late also were wait long time for check in but that hotel was good...

When I make a booking I was congratulated for choosing the cheapest room, but when we arrived at the room we were suprised because the room was not looking cheap, it had everything that we needed. We called your staff needing other things and they were there within minutes, we got everything we wanted, the view was perfect. We arrived late and left early so we did not really enjoy ourselves, oh the place is so clean and beautiful, we hope one day we will stay for few days and enjoy the hotel. Keep up the good work guys. I was made to wait for more than one and half hours for my booking to be confirmed by hotel staff even though I showed them and sent them confirmation email from booking.com. The email also confirmed that payment has been made. Did not like how I was treated.

Staff members are exceptionally cheerful and friendly. Rooms are tidy and environment in general is welcoming. I have been at the hotel before and I signed out so that I can come again, preferably with either business colleagues or with my family.

Why should I make a separate budget for breakfast after a comfortable night? You may want to look at this.

Ideal location and proximity to key requisite ocations I need. The setting witihin the rustic Wanderers countryside-like environment gave one a feel of the country in a city setting - great.
