a friendly and helpfull person at the front desk. The room smelled like smoke and it sounded if a helicopter was trying to land all night. It was disappointing specially after booking the executive suite.

The room was great. The parking was disappointing although work was being carried out. For the money I paid, it was unacceptable that: 1. There was no hot water either the night of the 17/5/2012 nor the morning of 18/5/2012. I was not even able to shave. I had to boil a kettle to get hot water. 2. A dirty plate and tray was left outside the door from when we checked in at 15:00 on 17/5/2012 until we left at 09:00 on 18/5/2012. 3. Also the fact that nothing was done to compensate us was unthinkable. I will not be staying there again.

Good price, friendly staff, good internet service. Our non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke, was small and felt somewhat musty and old.

It was clean The restaurant was pretty and the food was good. They did not have our booking at hand and sent us to the other Protea hotel. The rooms look very old-fashioned.

Le personnel qui essaie de sauver les apparences. Coffre dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas. Eau chaude dans la douche qui ne coule qu'au goutte à goutte. Ascenceur en panne (3ème étage avec de nombreux bagages) Vétusté de ma chambre
