Quick efficient check in and out. 5 mins walk to Gautrain station (or use hotel shuttle bus) Rooms spacious, very comfortable, with all facilities needed.

Great location & really nice re-furb. Poor service in the restaurant. They lost our order & then made up a really random excuse to make it look like they hadn't lost our order. It then still took forever to come. By the time it came I was too exhausted to eat & left most of it behind. Similarly poor service the next morning at breakfast. Also felt that generally the food failed to live up to radisson standards.

The location. I didn't like the Hotel because the service was poor. The Staff was incompetent. It was the perfect nightmare: 1.5 hour check in no hot water power failure overbooking no towels for the gym not much choice for the breakfast. Disgusting coffee.

Déco moderne bien agencée. Piscine intérieure et extérieure. Chambre spacieuse. Parking à 3 euros. Navette pour Mandela Square. Presque parfait si on obtient un bon prix. Cappuccino payant au petit déjeuner.

Bel hotel à la déco contemporaine. Les chambres sont très agréables et confortables. Elles disposent d'un équipement complet. Le personnel manque de professionnalisme, de chaleur et de convivialité.

I most enjoyed the fitness facilities which are great, incl a running track, big indoor pool and a good spa. Location in Sandton near shopping mall and restaurants. No large outdoors- apart from a pooldeck. At times the service can be a bit slow

Listen every body , the reception desk staff have to back primary school , they asking us 2 single room , 32 night , 2 person as 12280 ZAR !!!!!???? this is the price pf the room : Your reservation details Check-in Friday, 27 April 12, check-in 14:00 – 15:00 Check-out Sunday, 29 April 12, check-out 09:30 – 11:00 Quantity 2 rooms Total room price ZAR 6140.00 1.5 hour , standing on foot , after long travel time , cause they did not pass their mathematics course in school .
