We felt very secure at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.The hotel was very close to city. For the price of the stay at this hotel we feel it was very overrated.The price was far too high.The room was nice but needed to be renovated or updated. |

The convenient location, the extras in the business class room, and the friendliness and helpfulnesss of the staff. Breakfast was good. We did not experience dinner in the hotel. Attention to safety with lose electrical cords in public areas. |

Stunning location in on of the world's most beautiful cities. The cocktail deck is simply gorgeous. The views from the rooms, inlcuding a large balcony. Outstanding. Hotel is in an aging building, not quite up to scratch given the room cost. My plumbing groaned and shower flooded! Service is average, simply no edge. But, the location...! |

The proximity to the sea,also the health spa.The pool and sunbathing area were nice.The staff in this area were very efficient,there was a young man from Zimbabwe who catered for our every need,on the ball. We ordered water from the reception to our room it never arrived,we asked the barman to send a waiter over to our table he never bothered so consequently we left and had our meal elsewhere.In general a beatiful hotel with a great deal of potential but we just did not get this vibe back of the staff,it was as if they did not care. |

good location, nice ambience, great view of the waterfront, close to te center of town. good food they did not unlock the in-room fridge even after i had requested same. they did not honour my wake up call even though they promised to. |
