Its private, peaceful and breakfast was great. They checked me in as soon as i arrived, didnt have to wait for 1400 hrs.appreciated that as i was tired. There was no adaptor to charge my phone, and the kettle was not working. didnt know whom, or the number to call to ask for this. I think all this info should be provided on arrival.

The car entrance into the hotel is too narrow, you can easily bump your car. The toilet that was not enclosed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good. Rooms were very clean very day. Our bookings were all cancelled when we arrived?? None of the rooms had breakfast booked after we did book via bookiing.com The internet adds are misleading calling a twin (with pictures showing two bedrooms in one appartment). In fact it is 2 single beds pushed together. The upstairs reception staff do not know what is going on.

Deco and Design I had a challenge to connect to the wifi and also the staff at restaurant they didn't pay attention to us to the point of us leaving and eating elsewhere and finaly the staff downstairs at reception they must be fully informed of the entertainment spots during the night as we come outside JHB..so they must be able to give us direction about the night life.

Hotel is located close to many eateries. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Toilets with no doors. Airconditioning was not working for one whole day. Construction works ongoing at the hotel.

Welcoming Staff Poorly finished room, overall layout of the hotel, poor guest services for 4* hotel, poor internet access, bar and fitness centre both closed for refurbishment and no advance notice, found a beetle in the room.

1. airport transfer guys were good. 2. hotel is ideally located for city trip 1. front desk need to be more trained in the hospitality industry. 2.not a good location, if you have to attend business conference near Airport. 3.i left my business card holder with couple of important business cards on coffee desk and the hotel says they have not found it.

The room was nice and the bathroom and shower good. The food in the on-site Goldmine cafe was excellent. The location for Park Station The coffee making facility wasn't working properly. And the roof top bar and restaurant were both being refurbished at the same time so there wasn't really anywhere to eat apart from the cafe

nothing everything. there was construction going on it was loud dusty noisy. the staff was constantly trying to gype us out of more money. the food was terrible and the location was the worst. it is located in such a dangerous part of the city that we couldn't even go accross the street to get food.

The quality of the rooms is excellent. Clean, fressh, crisp linen and clean functional bathrooms The tv reception is poor. The recption was not freindly. The breakfast was a complete shambles and poor quality. I confimed on booking in that Breakfast would be ready at 06h30 as I had a 07h00 business meeting. It was no wher near ready. No staff. No cereal. No hot food ... right up to 07h00 when I left. Also, reception staff were arguing amongst themselves in front of me. This is a no no.

We booked the hotel quite a few months ago. We were met at the airport and the hotel was according to plan even though I couldn't contact the hotel for a month before hand because of being out of internet and phone range. Thank you for the services.

I like the location of the hotel and the design of the rooms inside The parking lot is always a problem.The aircon was not working properly for the second time now and I would like to kindly request that your hotel please invest in a couple of irons, it was my third stay at your hotel the first time I had to repeat clothes from the previous day because I had been waiting such a long time for an iron the second time I brought mine and this last time I had to call three times requesting for an iron because I just could not see myself repeating clothes again. Another little problem I had was that when I made my booking on the internet and requested for a double room with a bathtub I was not made aware that there were no double beds available.When I got to the hotel I was given a key to an occupied room which was a bit embarrassing for me to walk in on other people and when I returned to inform the reception, it was treated as if its just a normal occurance because the lady just said"Its okay I will check for another one for you" and then she goes on to say I dont have a double bed available with a tone that is clearly telling me that I do not have a choice but to settle for the single room. I am not much of a complainant but it pains me to see how our fellow black people treat us with a dismissive attitude as compared to the friendly apologetic tone she would have used had I been of a different race. I feel that as long as I pay my money to stay anywhere I should be treated the same way as any other valued guest.

The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be next to Soccer City and the Apartheid Museum, the two attractions we`re visiting the next day. Also, the room was very new and looked nice, clean, with a good and comfy bed. The transfer service was great. Our internet didn't work and the night staff wasn't able or willing to fix it. The night staff also tryed to arrange for us an non-authorized driver when we asked for the service instead of contacting the official service offered by the hotel. When we checked in we`re asked to pay for the room we had eventhough we`ve a book with booking.com. We paid in the hotel and after we received an "no-show" e-mail from booking.com telling us that the cancelation fee was going to be charged. We're able to solve this problem with booking.com, but it was a very bad act from the hotel.

Great value for money. very pleasant bar. Friendly staff. Very confortable rooms. Strange that one has to pay for the parking, which is in the same building, given that no one would park at night in Central Jo'burg.

The rooms very spacious and comfortable when we arrived , the gentleaman who assited us was very efficient, however the manager who was on duty preferred taking a personal call for about 8 minutes. However, he required her attention to authorise or give him input regarding out stay in terms of paying after booking in or paying at booking in time. This was a very frustrating wait and at no time when she eventually ended the call did she give an inidication of eye contact to us as guests. If it had not been for the gentelman who tried to salvage the mess... he did a good job.
