The only thing: there was no cutting knives for cooking. I had to "saw" my food. Also, a washing machine and tumble dryer will be very helpful for longer stay.
We, a family of four, stayed in Rinkink Beach House for two nights. The location is excellent, walk for one minute then you enjoy the fresh sea. The apartment was small but fully equipped. We cooked most of our meals to avoid junk foods for the kids. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I sincerely thank them for having us and we enjoyed our holiday stay!
This is a very comfortable, roomy, well furnished suite at a very reasonable price. It was much nicer than we ever expected. We had a partial view of the ocean from the deck and the walkway to ocean is across the street. So handy to all the shops and restaurants even without a car. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed 8 wonderful days here.
I didn't expect not to have a bath and the kitchen wasn't entirely able to cater for a big meal but suitable for snacks.
The apartment was in a fabulous location just a few metres from the beach. Pristine cleanliness and well decorated. Comfy with friendly hosts.
Was lekker naby strand.
Nothing really. My folks were very cautious on the stairs, but then they are in their latter 70's. This still wouldn't keep us away!!!!
The beach was across the parking lot, so I went for a long walk on one of SA's prettiest beaches. Danie & Maryna were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable & clean, and we felt right at home. They shared good local knowledge as well. Can't wait to stay again!!!!!
no lights on stairs at night. noisy toilet when filling up. cooking aroma from main house coming thru interleading door.
beds were good. location good.
The Rinkink Beach House is a wonderful gem on the Garden Route ~ it is about 25 m from the long white sandy Wilderness beach and about 5-10 mins easy and safe walk to loads of great local restaurants. We stayed in the family unit and the main bed was the best bed of our trip ~ huge extra large king size mattress, crisp white linen, dual control electric blanket, fleecy throw... just perfect! The kids had a full DSTV package, the kitchen had everything you could need and the bathroom was spotlessly clean and modern with a powerful shower. The apartment had a large wrap around decking balcony complete with Weber braai and deck chairs. I would have stayed several days longer and will definitely be back to this amazing place.
Cramped kitchen - lack of proper stove
Good stop over on way to Cape Town . Nice welcome
my mum struggled with stairs otherwise if you young there's no problem
Nice view of a beach a peaceful getaway with your family
Surprised with the size of the "apartment", very comfortable, neat - real value for money
Customer service and noise from the parking boy
Service was personal and nice, area (beach) is beautiful, plenty of restaurants closeby
Some indigenous tree smell - it is unbearable
Literally the walk to the beach is 2 minutes. I also loved the sea view from the balcony. Absolutely breath taking
I loved the sea view from the balcony, neatness, DSTV and stoep.
