The view was amazing, from the studio we slept in and from the big, luxery breakfast room. the staf was very friendly and the room was nice and clean.

The view from the room window and the balcony where one can sit and admire the ocean and mountain ... The comfortable rooms... The very friendly staff and atmosphere....

We stayed 2 nights there, the view is outstanding, the place is cleaned and the facilities are just perfect without saying the staff is super friendly and professional. Location is perfect if you wanna go to the cape or to watch the penguins.

Room was a bit tight but still more then acceptable size

A nice room with stunning views over the ocean! Very good breakfast buffet served in a beautiful living room/terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Great location to visit the Cape of Good Hope nature reserve.

Home from home,staff friendly and help when my cellphone was out of order to get my table mountain on line bookings and printed the tickets and thee exstra mile. Thanks Stephan & Marie Roets. We wil visit again.

It is an amazing b&b. I can recommend to everyone. The owner takes really good care of you. The view from the room and the breakfast area is amazing. (best in S-Africa) The breakfast outside in the sun/shade is perfect. You can see the ocean/wales from your bed.

The rooms are a bit smal, but the view makes everything perfect. Also the owner makes you really feel at home. Thanks for everything.

The view from Rocklands is spectacular. The owner was friendly and very happy to please our every whim. The Rooms were clean and adequately supplied with all our needs and the breakfasts were great.

Rocklands is situated on the edge of Simon's Town which means you have views of the sea and mountain behind which are not spoilt by lots of buildings. It is an easy walk to Boulders Beach and the town. The place is attractive and breakfast is served on an attractive terrace which has stunning views. All the roooms have a decked terrace area which leads to the delightful gardens. The food was delicious, plentiful and well presented - lots of fresh fruit, delicious coffee, a variety of breads and of course a traditional cooked breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner and we felt really welcomed by her warmth. We would certainly go there again and recommend it highly.

Some people might find the double rooms a little on the small side but they are well equipped and comfortable. The ensuite bathrooms are a good size but accessed by 3 steep steps which would not be suitable for everyone. There are quite a few outside steps to negotiate to the lower rooms.

Beautiful surroundings. Wonderful view. Privacy. tastefully decorated. freindly manager. The setup is much more like a boutoque hotel and less like a B&B - which makes it a cut above.

The view! The location - perched on a hill overlooking the sea; quiet.

Erica and Richard were extremely welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was fabulous, the views from all parts of the house are awesome! A perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

There was nothing I didn't like. It should be borne in mind that there are quite a few stairs, which is part and parcel of the building and necessary when the house is built on the hill.

It is really beautiful to have the view of sea when you open the window, but I still think it is a little expensive for the price.

The view was spectacular over the sea and towards the mountain on the southern side especially at sunrise. The breakfast was good and plentiful and well presented.

Getting the luggage to the units at the bottom of this b&b was cumbersome due to the steps. Elderly people will find it problematic. There was no air conditioning. The tv is small and the selection on the dstv minimal, however one would not go there for this.

L'accueil, le cadre magnifique et le logement qui se présente comme un vaste studio indépendant, bien équipé, propre et lumineux. Petit déjeuner excellent. .

De ne pouvoir y rester plus longtemps.

Situation au calme à Simo's town, à mi-chemin entre cap de Bonne-Espérance et Stellenbosch, proximité immédiate boulder's beach et sa célèbre colonie de pinguouins. Chambre à part de l'habitation principale, vue sur mer, décoration de qualité. Self-catering possible. Breakfast buffet ma-gni-fi-que

Chambre très lumineuse, très bien ! mais pas de rideaux aux fenêtres et velux = réveil à 6h en été, du fait lumière et chaleur. Dommahe !

La situation exceptionnelle de la villa et la qualité de l'accueil

Da das Haus an einem Hang erbaut wurde, muss man seitlich am Haus etliche Treppen hinuntergehen, um in die Zimmer zu gelangen. Bei großem Gepäck nicht so praktisch.

Lage ist großartig. Man blickt vom Bett direkt auf das Meer. Ostseitig - Sonnenaufgang! Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Tutto. Stanza con vista sull'oceano (con un po' di fortuna si possono avvistare le balene). Ben arredata e spaziosa. Colazione inclusa ricchissima. Ottima posizione per vicinanza con Boulder's Beach e Cape of Good Hope.

fantastische locatie, net buiten het drukkere simons town en vlakbij Kaap de Goede Hoop. Super uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijke eigenaren, een aanrader.
