Room interior; rich breakfast; friendly and helpful staff; location: quiet at day and night and I felt safe walking home at any hour; 20' walk to V&A Waterfront; walk to city center also easy to do (about 40' on fan walk) WiFi was very very slow and sometimes even broke down completely - since I also had to work and make overseas internet calls, I got very distressed. In the morning and at night: woke up by noisy hotel guests; pool area not cleaned; limited tv channels (4 channels)
