The suite/hotel had all the luxury of a 5 star hotel, yet the freedom of a self catering apartment. This allowed us to come and go as we pleased, not tied to set meal times etc.which is needed if you are exploring the Cape. The room was very comfortable and the view of Greenpoint and the Cape coast was excellent. Very well located for wider exploration of Cape Town.

Loved the hotel, beautiful suite very big, sitting and dining area, separate kitchen two bedrooms two bathrooms one bedroom was a little small but adequate, the staff were very helpful couldn't do enough for us. The location was a little far from the lively v&a waterfront but the hotel made sure we always got reputable taxis and they only cost about £3 each time

Lots of staff which offered good service. Rooms clean and not dated. Sheets folded down each night and chocs on the beds each nite. Weather report each day in the rooms. Centrally located. Secure parking. No air conditioning. Did not matter in begin april for our stay, however , it would be hot in the middle of summer. Food whilst reasonably good, seemed to miss the mark as we susspect the chef was inexperienced.

The staff where exellent and the breakfast was great. Our Hotel suite had old frayed bath towels that where really small, didn't expect this from this standard of Hotel.

Having two bedrooms and sitting room for four people, at a reasonable price. The friendliness of the staff. The garden. Not having a porter to help with luggage. The location, a little far from restaurants: would suggest a shuttle bus to the waterfront and downtown areas.

The hotel itself is breathtaking, we felt at home as we came through the gate, we where treated as if we where members of a royal family by all your staff, from the reception desk through to the staff at your restaurant, just excellent!

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Empehle das Hotel jederzeit weiter. Lage ist auch sehr gut. In nur 20 minuten zu Fuss bei der Waterfront. Werde sicher wieder mal kommen.,

Pessoal muito amável, hotel bonito e bem decorado sem ser luxuoso. Uma das principais razões para ter escolhido o hotel é que oferecia wifi nos atros e no resto do hotel. Acontece que a conexão estava fraquíssima, caia toda hora e nem dava para baixar um simples jornal. Quando o hotel focava cheio, o sinal desaparecia de vez. Acho isso propaganda enganosa e me prejudicou muito porque estava a trabalho e não por lazer.

Staff were all exceptionally helpful, rooms clean functional al you really want In comtrast to excellent breakfasts, dinner was a disappointment. While i would stay here again, i would not eat in for an evening meal if at all possible

Suite was a good size,and garage parking on site helpful cost 60 rand a night. Small pool ,which was very cold as unheated. Location a 5 minute drive to v a Waterfront Not walkable.
