We loved the modern, luxurious and comfortable bedroom (huge), and the beautifully fitted bathroom. All mod cons, and a truly wonderful bed that I did not want to leave! The breakfast was in a lovely open kitchen, with seemingly every wish pre-empted - very tasty and huge selection. The hosts were very friendly and very helpful; little touches like your own chocolates, a full-to-the-brim mini-bar with all choices catered for, and a good audio, tv and wifi system made us feel truly looked after. Very safe and secure parking. Would definitely revisit if in the area.

Nothing, although it was adjacent to a large Football/Rugby pitch at the back - but it didn't bother us at all when we stayed as there were no matches. It was actually very quiet.

Stylishness, modernity & attention to detail of the suite; brilliant continental breakfast; wonderful hostess. A lovely lodging for a stopover if you want to stay in Wellington. Great value for money.

Although in a very scenic area generally, the specific location of this lodge is not the best. A great stopover, but the lodge itself is not a "destination".

All of it. The very comfortable, large room, the luxury items in the mini bar fridge, the chocolates, the most excellent breakfast every morning in the extra large breakfast area, the hosts were lovely. Even though we were there in bad weather, we were never more comfortable or warm in such a large room. The security was A1, Wifi, TV, Audio, excellent. Thoroughly recommended if in the area!

The location is adjoining a Football/Rugby pitch, and it is a little closed in - however, as we were out for most of both days, this was not a problem at all, and to come back to this very comfortable home from home was a joy.

We had a lovely stay, the hosts were very friendly, they went out of their way for us, we stayed over to do the Safari Half Marathon, they dropped us off and fetch us after the race at the race venue, very hospitability. Ambience was lovely, setting beautiful, breakfast fabulous and stay super.

Newly renovated, our stay was a real treat. The attention to detail and decor was very impressive, loved the feel of the place. The host was very hospitable, prepared a really plentiful and delicious breakfast for us and was very helpful. A relaxing and memorable experience, and particularly great value for money. Highly recommend!

The place was a bit hard to find as it didn't show up on my GPS, more instructions for travellers and signage would be great.

the rooms where clean and nice, very good breakfast and the staff was very friendly and recommended a good restaurant and activities.

The only thing that is not perfect is that there is absolutely no view from the hotel which is a bit sad when you see the area… and we hear the cars from the road.

    - Fantastic room (the Red Room), spacious, modern & well equipped - Absolutely SPOTLESS room, no dust or grime anywhere. The bathroom was also squeaky clean, with good quality bed linens & towels. - WI-FI was fast & reliable - Breakfast was DELICIOUS. Fresh fruit, bakery items, meats & cheeses all served outside in the well kept, mature garden. - Hosts were very friendly & gave recommendations for places to eat. - Superb location for touring the vineyards. WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS & FAMILY & WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

    - Would have liked a door on the toilet/bathroom. Whilst we appreciated that the curtain was 'in keeping' with the modern, minamilist style of the room, a door would be far more practical. No matter how 'comfortable' you are with your partner, there are some things/occasions which are best kept behind closed doors!! - Intercom needs to be repaired or instructions posted outside property to 'beep' car horn to get attention. First impressions really count.

Staff are friendly and makes a huge effort to ensure the comfort of their guests. Rooms we'll equipped, maintained and kept cleanly.

Location on google maps a few meters out. Would like road signs giving directions when close.

This place was exactly what was required. The perfect place to do as little or as much as you want in an amazing area of the Western Province. The owners were incredible helping out with advice on the best places to eat out and assisting when we really wanted to Braai.I would recommend this place to anyone

I had to leave and come home

    Decor was modern and minimalist

There is no aircon in the rooms - unbelievable in a town where temperatures rise above 40 degrees Celsius in summer. No bathroom door. I cannot believe the owners would try and save some money by not hanging a bathroom door. It's no use making a room look nice, but then leaving out a basic item like a door! Sheer curtains. We were woken up at 5:30am. Put some proper curtains up. Outright lie: There is no view of the garden/ pool from the room. The room faces on to a brick wall and a parking lot. These are basics that the owners have neglected to cover - to me it smacks of amateurs
