Everything was very nice and comfortable. We stayed after eye operation and had to see doctor early next morning. Will definitely use this hotel again if need to stay in Pretoria.

Fantastic location facing the Union Building(South African Parliament Building) with its beautiful gardens. Luxury rooms and bath rooms with great views. Exemplary check in staff and generally friendly and helpful staff. Undercover car park. Breakfast buffet rather expensive by South African standards

Physical building, interior and classic room excellent. Front staff not attentive enough as had to ask to be served and had to carry our own bags up to the room. Magnolia restaurant chef left a item off of our dinner plate and did not bother to come out to us when we took it up with waitress and we were the only two people at that time in the restaurant . Dinner was spoilt!

We had a lovely room on the 5th floor with great view, very beautiful hotel, safe underground parking, right opposite the Union buildings, pool looked nice-was too cold to swim. restaurant and room service were good. The service matched the reputation of this hotel chain.

Good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable. Would prefer a kettle in the room instead of the coffee machine but when I asked for boiling water, housekeeping brought me a kettle.

Rooms were soundproofed so you couldn't hear other guests. The gym was good to use, small but OK for me. Too much street noise coming in the windows. When you are tyring to sleep to hear mosiy trucks going past can be disturbing.

Our room was very good The service at the bar was pathetic.I waited half an hour for a simple gin and tonic.The starter during dinner took for ever and once it arrived was unedible.Breakfast in the room was serviced icecold and was not a traditional English breakfast as ordered.

Als wir ankamen war unser gebuchtes Zimmer noch belegt, da der vorherige Benutzer noch einen Tag länger bleiben wollte, da kein anderes Zimmer frei war, bekamen wir anstatt ein upgrade ein downgrade,sehr unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption und am Taxistand. Das Zimmerpersonal äusserst freundlich. Dieses Hotel mit Sicherheit nie wieder. Da in Pretoria nicht leicht ein anders Hotel zu finden ist, mussten wir bleiben.

Das Hotel ist zentral und doch in sehr sicherer Lage gelegen, direkt gegenüber dem Präsidentenpalast. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Zimmer geräumig, sowie auch das Bad und sauber. Kleiner Garten mit Swimmingpool, Liegen mit Handtüchern. Unten, geschützt zur Strasse, grosse schöne Terrasse zum Verweilen.
