A little far to walk to village

The lovely spacious room with a large balcony overlooking the ocean beach. Our very friendly host with recommendations about what to do and where to go in the too short time we were at Wilderness. Very nice continental and home cooked breakfast.

Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortably firm and the pillows were very flat so we both struggled to sleep.

This is a real guest house, the owner lives there sharing the same spaces and she cooks the breakfast (a good one). The view of this place is very nice, the bedroom had a beautiful sea view.

There is no option of markets, restaurants very close, you need to take the car and drive aprox 2km.

The owners, a Swiss couple, are extremely welcoming and nice. They made us feel home, from minute one. I am very picky about cleanliness, it was neat and clean. Excellent butter at breakfast! Excellent value for money, with stunning view for our room (number 6).

friendly & helpful hosts, spacious room with nice balcony (execellent for whale/dolphin watching), comfortable bed, good breakfast (delicious fruit salad),, 5 min wald to boardwalk to another little beach, 10 min drive to main beach & entrance to Wilderness NP and also to supermarket, shops, restaurants (all around petrol station)

Everything! Absolutely wonderful place. The hosts Corinne and Renato were so nice and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the room beautiful. The house is gorgeous and has amazing views of the ocean. You can just sit on the terrace and listen to the waves while trying to spot dolphins and whales, or walk to the beach and have it nearly all to yourself. Wilderness itself is a fantastic place, and this guest house is definitely on of the best I have ever stayed in. Very highly recommended!

Everything. Especially the breakfast. It was magnificent. I particularly enjoyed the fruit salad. Absolutely fresh.

Our hosts were great and very accommodating, breakfasts were top notch we enjoyed our stay with them very much.

only staying 1 night!

I can not say that I like this place. It reminds me of an Army facility

No secure parking. At first after I arrived I was told that there is secure parking in the street. This is not on. I reside from Johannesburg, this is not acceptable. The owner offered to use is lock up garage. There are no sreetlights. Pitch dark at night. Far from any restaurants

nice situated on a hill with view both on the indian ocean and the lagoon, far enough but not to far from the N2 road. near access to the beautiful beach ofer steep stairs, for non so fit persons good tip / possibility to direve to a parking nearby directly on another beautiful part of the beach. Relative safe region. rooms nice, comfortable, big enough, coffee and tee facilities, balcony to the see with superb view and nice bath tube + shower cabin. Wilderness NP also nearby

Corinne and renaldo were very hospitable and friendly. She makes the best scrambled eggs! Our room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. If we ever visit that erea again, we would deffinately stay there again.

Absolunt ruhige Lage mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Sehr nette Gastgeber mit jede Menge Tipps für Ausflüge und gute Lokale. Leckers Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick. Schöne geschmackvolle helle Zimmer. Schade das wir nur 4 Tage da waren. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverh.

Corinne und Renato (Schweizer, seit ca. 7 Jahren in Südafrika lebend) bieten mit dem Shining Waters eine schicke Unterkunft in einer Top Lage in Wilderness an. Unser Zimmer (Deluxe Suite mit Meerblick) war sehr geräumig und sauber. Vom der privaten Terasse mit Liegen konnten wir die Delphine auf dem Indoschen Ozean beobachten. Das von Corinne und Renator zubereitete Frühstück auf der Veranda haben wir bei Blick auf den Ozean sehr genossen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Das Frühstück war etwas eintönig.

Jedenfalls das uns angediente Zimmmer Nr. 3 war extrem hellhörig.

Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso! La camera bellissima e super confortevole con vista sull'oceano, la colazione buonissima, gli hosts Renato e Corinne molto accoglienti, gentili e disponibili: venendo dalla svizzera parlano entrambi un italiano perfetto! Insomma assolutamente da consigliare: rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo!

Das Guest House wird vorbildlich geführt. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. die Aussicht traumhaft und die Hilfsbereitschaft mit Informationen und Reservationen etc. ist grossartig.

Man benötigt das Fahrzeug, um in das Zentrum mit Restaurants etc. zu gelangen.
