Please note, if cancelled, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Interesting and convenient location. The room we had was a bit mis-sold (shared balcony with city views not actually accesible directy from the room) but a good place to stay nonetheless - and good value compared to a lot of Cape Town Hotels |

the staff is very friendly and helpful. the view is great. it is a short walk (downhill) to the center, but on the way back you may want to take a taxi. the breakfast is nice. superior rooms have views over the city and table mountain. same size as the standard rooms though. defintely a hotel to return to on a next visit. |

1. I apreciated very much the courtesy and politeness of the staff. They were very hospitable and readily helping and advising with tourist information and other necessary tips. Thank you very much for that! 2. The hotel is also a good value for money choice and it is nicely located, reasonably comfortable and much cheaper than other similar hotels. 1. Bathrooms are very small, but it's not a significant issue as they have all you need. 2. It would be great to have internet connection in the rooms (wireless is now only available in the reception area) and maybe more TV chains (though it would be strange to go to Cape Towm and stay in the room watching TV!). |

The Supreme Deluxe Room is a bit of an over statement. You have to run water in shower or basin. No tap to regulate water pressure. Wasted a lot of water, probably saved on electricity though. |

Muy tranquilo y, aunque parece un poco aislado, se llega facilmente al centro a pie. Lo mejor la amabilidad de todo el personal. Estupendas vistas de la ciudad. Si te gusta el desayuno continental, quizás eches de menos mayor variedad de panes, pero también tienen menú de platos calientes. |

Der Blick ist gigantisch, die Lage zentrumsnah, so dass man zu Fuß gehen kann, und es ist für Kapstadt sehr ruhig. Der Service, die Freundlichkeit sowie die Hilfsbereitschaft war besonders angenehm und herausragend. Das Zimmer zwar geschmackvoll aber sehr klein und der Sanitärbereich ist eine "Miniatur". Es sollte vermerkt sein, dass es ein Hotel ist, in dem es keinen Alkohol gibt. Das ist okay, aber gut zu wissen. |

Günstige Lage, tolle Aussicht auf Downtown. Ungepflegt, Miniaturzimmer, teilweise beschädigtes Mobiliar, synthetische Bettwäsche, völlig unangemessene Badezimmer mit nur einem winzigen Becken etc. Sehr geschäftsmässiges Personal. |

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Le parking sécurisé. Le calme de l'endroit.le petit déjeuner. La taille de la chambre et de la salle de bains( petits). L'absence d'un quelconque espace de rangement ou d'étagère dans la salle de bains. Le lavabo (qui était plutôt un lave-mains). Le ménage du sol de la chambre(nous avons un soir écrasé un insecte, le lendemain, après le ménage il était toujours là). Les 4 etoiles semblent abusives (3 seraient largement suffisantes) |
