With great Atlantic Ocean views, The Ritz is just 1000 ft from the beach and minutes from the V&A Waterfront. It boasts the only revolving restaurant in Cape Town.

The staff's professionalism and friendliness was great. The view is amazing from the terrace. The value for money is great
The wifi had poor connectivity in our room on the second floor. I also disliked how the air conditioner was directed towards our faces and could not be changed.
Hospitallity, decor, location
Silly geaser thingy....but not a deal breaker :)
The manager Daryl was absolutely amazing. Service beyond compare! Will definitely come again
Awesome place, love every minute...definately coming back!
Comfort, Convenient, Clean, Classy
Parking could be better, but at least it is secure!
Lovely view over cape town!! Personel is very nice, and owners are more than happy to help you in any way!! Only 5 minutes walk from Lingstreet!! Overall!! A great place to stay in Cape Town!!
Excellent breakfasts. Exceptional staff - nothing too arduous for John & team. Marvellous views. Great city / tourist hot spots accessibility.
City noise. Smokers - every veranda / deck-with-a-view smoker-friendly - need to designate a specific facility.
Every think is good
There Are two military roads difficult to find
Location, quite and calm environment
Room phone was not available
Staff was helpful and extremely friendly , really make the difference of the stay! Breakfast was excellent and the view from the veranda is very nice ! Generally talking is a great option !
The glass bathroom door can't completely isolate the toilet from the room !
Very friendly staff, nice clean room. Would def go back!
The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, the views on Cape Town (especially at night) are fantastic, good breakfast
Lodge is a little hard to find as the there are two roads with the same name (but a map is provided by the hotel after the reservation)
I was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and outlay. Stunning views. Centrally located in City Bowl. Everything you need for a short stay in Cape Town.
Bathroom tad small and water pressure not to great, but you can do what needs to be done in a bathroom.
The hospitality, tranquility of Beauty, urban design of the building, peacefulness of the area. Above all , the Staff services from Management to a general work us extremely marvelous
I haven't met any for the past 8 months that I have stayed there at least once or twice every month
Great view over Cape Town's city bowl and waterfront on a sunny day and this hotel lies upon the historic Malay Quarter (Bo Kaap).
- The location is on Cape Town's Signal Hill, so not for those with walking difficulties or lack of good walking shoes! - 100 Rands extra charge for cooked breakfast (fried eggs & bacon).
Value for money! Amazing staff, friendly and helpful no matter what time it is. Clean and comfortable big bed. Great views of the harbour and Table mountain. Thank you to the staff of Signal Hill Lodge for the amazing hospitality!
Their is nothing to complain about.
The view over Table Bay. The balconies. The security.
The fact that the swimming pool pump ran halfway through the night right below our window. The fact that we got a double bed instead of twins and that the staff promissed 3 times to come and change it, but never did.
Great view, downtown within walking distance, nice helpful staff
Very small bathroom
rooms are lovely staff are friendly and professional
it is a bit noisy but very nice hotel, should serve dinner the fan in the bathroom was very loud
Friendly staff. Both Darell and Jean were exceptionally friendly. Excellent value for money. Great views.
The breakfast was excellent, the place is quite and has a nice view of the city, the staff was freindly
Great location (close to everything and great view) at an affordable price. Small hotel (16 rooms) and personalised service. The staff went out of their way to help with a number of unusal requests. Great, fresh, breakfast.
Internet connection was unreliable and/or slow.
Signal Hill Lodge offered a clean comfortable place with a good location. Tremendous view of Cape Town and Surrounding area. The room although a bit small was certainly adequate and the bed was great. The staff is incredible in their support and work at ensuring you are comfortable and taken care off. John the manager was exceptional in his hospitatlity and service. Daryl the assistant manager was equally tremendous at customer care. Both of these gentlemen go well above expectations for service and efforts. Kareem Courage and Franz do a great job as well. Throughly enjoyed my stay there and these folks made it a home away from home while in Cape Town. Thank You
better policing of the access road would be a pluis.
The service of the staff was excellent, both John and Darryl couldn't do enough.
The selection of TV channels was terrible. This is the only reason I would think twice before staying again.
