The reception and the crew are very nice and helpfull! The location is good and view from the sea view rooms also is good Mountain view means no view at all, maybe a view to the main road and the next building.. No wifi included, and breakfast is very basic.. Overpriced!!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Beautiful view, fantastic, friendly, happy staff. We had a really fantastic stay and have very happy memories.

The staff were very friendly, the location was exactly as in the advertisement pictures - absolutely beautiful, the breakfast was excellent, the room was welcoming. Everything was perfect. The only downside is the fairly limited parking availability - but that was sorted out without a problem.

Great value,good location overlooking the harbour.The staff at breakfast were brilliant and could not be more helpful.Found a great place to eat at night 5 mins drive north out of town called Dixies.Could not fault the hotel at all. Would rcommend and stay again

The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and efficient - they go out of their way to make your stay a great one. I had a sea view room, which I would recommend...very comfortable and a good size, with a stunning view. I saw whales sporting out in the bay, which was a treat. The position of the hotel is prime. The fresh baked breakfast muffins and croissants were yummy.

The location was perfect, right on the sea front and easy to get to the shops and to Boulders Point to see the penguins. We found the hotel to be attractive and pleasant. It is blue and white inside and reminiscent of a ship. The room was of a reasonable size and we had a sea view. No free wi-fi.
